It's not that I'm against libraries or books (I'm not; I chose over video games); however, NO ONE GOES THERE!!!!
It is a DYING INSTITUTION!!! So WTF?

Three Western Massachusetts libraries received a total of nearly $5.4 million in state grants for building projects. Belchertown's Clapp Memorial Library is getting a $3.3 million grant that library officials say will help pay for a planned $10.6 million, 20,000-square-foot expansion. Westhampton Memorial Library will receive $1.1 million to support its move to a renovated and expanded space. The Granby Free Public Library will get nearly $1 million to relocate from its 2,500-square-foot facility to a new 15,000-square-foot facility in an expanded school complex. Library officials say the current building was designed in 1917 to hold 5,000 books, but the library now holds about 19,000 volumes (AP)."
Now I know the money is coming out here to my part of the state, but I'd rather not!!!
They can give us $2 million to forestall our school closures and teacher layoffs instead!!!!
Never mind the corporate looting and taxpayer giveaways of this state!
