U.S.-Supported Insurgents Carried Out Chemical Weapons Attack in Syria

Breaking News: U.S. Airstrikes Against Syria to Begin Within the Hour

War criminal Obomber will be striking Syria over a fabrication, and the entire world knows it. He can now join his rightful place as the worst of history's tyrants given the global reach of his empire.

"Despite the Obama administration’s attempt to immediately blame Assad’s forces for the chemical attack, multiple U.S. officials have said that the administration’s evidence is “not a slam dunk.” Officials also mentioned that the administration had no “smoking gun.” In fact, the rebels have now even claimed responsibility for the attacks, and Anthony Gucciardi has revealed that mounting evidence lends to the reality that the Syrian rebels carried out the attacks.

Even with Syrian Deputy Foreign Fayssal Mekdad presenting evidence to the UN that strongly points to a rebel led chemical attack, the Obama administration has continued to ignore any evidence that can’t be used to justify military action against Assad, including multiple YouTube videos showing rebels launching chemical weapons on civilian targets....

Kerry warns against the ‘risk of doing nothing’ in Syria

What a lying jerk, for lack of a better word. Israel must have loads of dirt on him.

And who knows what hell Mossad is raising inside Syria?

UPDATE: I saw Obama and Kerry on the Al-Jazeera broadcast, and they sicken me.

May God damn them for eternity as I once again issue a preemptive condemnation of this action. It is being taken over my strong, strong objections, and as a citizen of AmeriKaI disown this damn government.

"The administration did nothing to discourage the predictions that he would act — and soon. "

The same thing also goes for the compliant collaborators of the mouthpiece media who have cheered this thing along the whole way.

Obama's Next Move Will Result in WWIII

"All this morning the corporate media has been trying too blur the lines between Syria and Iran, and this article is attempting to toss Russia into the mix. I think Washington DC realizes this is the last war they will be able to start with a lie, and plan to force its escalation into Iran, Russia, and China. In other words, knowing they can no longer lie to start wars to attack targets piecemeal, DC is going for it all on this attack. Look for a staged attack on our warships when they launch their cruise missiles into Syria." -- WhatReallyHappened

The attack will have begun by then.

It has truly been a privilege to serve you all.

May God Bless you, dear readers. See you on the other side.

"What is Obama's next step in Syria?

The war for the bankers (or the war for the petrodollar, or the war to revive Breton-Woods; they are really all the same) has stumbled. The official US Government claim that Bashar al-Assad invited the United Nations Chemical Weapons inspectors into Syria, the unleashed a chemical weapon attack, not against the leaders of the hired mercenaries trying to oust him, but against women and children, was a non-starter right from the very beginning. One can only imagine the desperation on the bowels of power (not to mention a complete lack of respect for the intelligence of the American people) for them to even try such a blatant lie.

John Kerry's "Moral Compass" comment in his pathetic attempt to bolster the official story reveals that the US Government now realizes belatedly they have overstepped. They crossed the "red line" of believability with the American people, and even that segment of the population still desperate to cling to the illusion that the US are the good guys and all these wars, overthrows, drone strikes, and torture, were somehow necessary and right are awake, and angry. That Kerry felt he had to address the issue of doubt regarding the official story betrays much that Kerry probably would have been prudent to conceal.

Yet here we are.

The US Government is trapped. Having gone this far into the "Clash of Civilizations" (Actually a war between private central banking and government-issued currency, the same war America fought and won during the revolution) the US is unable to turn around and return to status quo ante. This "dollarification" of the world was an all-or-nothing deal.

Along with the realization that the world simply does not believe the US story about Assad, the White House has to realize that screaming about weapons of mass destruction is no longer a propaganda option they can use. Certainly it will not work with the planned war with Iran.

What to do?

Already the awareness of this clumsy lie is spreading among the American people, who might have been wiling to forgive, or at least tolerate, that whopper about Saddam's nuclear weapons. But a second such lie, especially one as obvious as this, is insulting to Americans, who are wondering just how stupid the US Government must think they all are to have even tried such a stunt. There is a question of respect, and clearly the government does not respect the American people, to be willing to lie to the people so shamelessly.

The US Government faces a severe crisis of credibility of their own making. And such a crisis can only get worse with a government trapped into perpetuating a war and with no other choice but to lie to sell those wars.

What to do?

The war against Iran is still desired and needed. Indeed the process of restoring the petrodollar cannot succeed unless Iran os conquered and forced to sell their oil only for US dollars.

The US Government is going to go ahead with the attack on Syria, and somehow they need to drag Iran into it in such a manner than no excuses need be made to the American people expected to pay and die for that war.

And here is one way they might just do it....

Obama realizes he has failed to sell a new war to the American people with that obvious lie that Assad gassed women and children the very day the UN chemical weapons inspectors showed up. But having told that lie and being unwilling to back down, Obama has to do something, and it looks like there will be a "limited" strike but no invasion, then Obama will declare some kind of victory and retire from the field. But that is not a course of action the promoters of war, especially Israel, want to see happen. Already the Israel-firsters are pouring onto the corporate media screaming for the invasion of Syria. (Here's your rifle...)

Israel, as always, is the wild card, and it would not be out of character for them to sail one of their Dolphin submarines up to the US war ships flinging cruise missiles at Syria, and sink one to pin the blame on Syria. Worst case is that since Germany has admitted knowing Israel is arming the cruise missiles on those Dolphin submarines with nuclear warheads, Israel could nuke the entire squadron of four ships, a replay of Pearl harbor, to ignite the war against Iran.

How do you distract from a lie? With a bigger lie.

As I type these words, four US Destroyers are off of the coast of Syria, ready to launch cruise missile strikes that will murder ar more Syrian people than are alleged to have died in the chemical weapons attack. American and world condemnation are already building even before the cruise missiles are launched. The White House needs something "dramatic" to make people forget about the lie about assad and chemical weapons, and re-ignite war fever.

Which is why is expect Obama to, like Roosevelt, sacrifice a ship or two to anger Americans back into supporting the war agenda, and to avoid having to come up with a reason to invade Iran, to blame Iran for the loss of the ship. It seems the only possible plan the White House can come up with to salvage the current situation.

Israel, which supports and encourages the US policy of war in the Mid east, operates Dolphin class submarines given to it by Germany. They are diesel electric boats, meaning they are very quiet; quieter than nuclear powered submarines. Germany recently admitted they have known for years that Israel is arming their Dolphin class submarines with nuclear tipped cruise missiles.

So, I expect that right now, the war-hawks are considering a new "Pearl Harbor" attack to sacrifice and sink one or more of those US destroyers (and their crews). The scenario is simple. A submarine quietly sneaks up on the destroyers, and as soon as they launch their cruise missiles into Syria. either torpedo or nuke the ships, then to lay the blame for the "Dastardly" attack on Iran.

Problem solved!

Except, of course, we are expecting such a [thing]....

It is a shame that America's first African-American president would turn out to be the very worst one in history.  People can point to aberrations like his white mother or his East African father as ways to distinguish him from mainstream African-Americans.  After all, it could be said, that he was the "African American Who Fell to Earth". African-Americans should be given a chance to compensate for this president's unconventional history by sending up one of their own - one with a slave ancestry and only hints of possible miscegenation.

Like all presidents, Obama is worried about his legacy.  He takes these things personally.  He'd like to think that, as he collects money from speaking engagements after the close of his second term, that he will receive top dollar since his tenure in office reflected statesmanship, perseverance, wisdom, success and great fortune.  As it turns out, he will be lucky if he is favorably compared to Jimmy Carter, Herbert Hoover, James Garfield or William Henry Harrison (died after one month in office).  He might even be lucky if he were compared to Napoleon at Waterloo.

Obama is beset by the hounds who tug at his strings.   He didn't know that Washington, D.C. was essentially the same as Chicago - but on a much grander scale.  Here, in the Beltway, disasters are Rabelaisian.  No mere corruption trials....fixing elections or senate appointments....and all the other foibles Illinois politicians, like Blagoyevitch, endure for the sake of Mammon, to keep a blonde trophy wife in silk or satin knickers.  No, here in the capital of the most Zionist-influenced nation on earth, you cannot be some cheap politico destined for the dust-bin of history:  you have to be more than a mere ephemeral loser.  You have to be up to the position of president of the United States of America!  When you muck things up, it must be appropriate for someone looked upon as "The Leader of the Free World", "The Most Powerful Man on Earth", "The Top of the Western Heap", "The King of the Western Dung Hill", and all that silliness.  So, when you are going to really make a mess of things, it's not enough that you involve yourself with some congressional page, a squeaky little Jewess with a mother straight out of a movie agent's client list, a cigar so expensive it comes in metal appropriate for a suppository.  No. No. No!!  You have to do a Napoleon Bonaparte.  A Waterloo. Russia in Winter.  An Adolph Hitler Redux.  LBJ in Southeast Asia.  G.W. in Iraq and Afghanistan.  Vladimir Harkonnen on Arakis!!  It's gotta be boffo!

When Obama learned that Bandar Bin Sultan was rebuffed by President Putin despite the promises of "instant billions", "more gas monopoly" and "protection from pesky terrorists", he was reportedly devastated.  With Russia on board, he could have garnered the world's attention - distract his many enemies from the feeding-frenzy in Washington over his Big Brother scandal - he could be "Liberator of Syrian Islamists", "Friend to all Peace Loving Wahhabist Troglodytes", and "Conqueror of the Levant".  But Putin didn't fall for the scam.  And now, the Leader of the Free World, America's Mustapha Mond,  has to find another way to sink his country into a Zionist-inspired Gotterkrieg complete with sinking ships, captured navy pilots and dishevelled special operations mercenaries claiming to work for the CIA.  Mmmmm.

We believe Obama is desperate.  The Western media push for military action in Syria is composed, choreographed, arranged and conducted by Zionist Neo-Con traitors who think of Obama as just another "schwarz" who should have been left in the stable to sweep the horse manure.  He is feeling the pressure of the Snowden affair, the NSA surveillance fiasco, his Obamacare Donnybrook, and most of all, the fell hand of time, it's pitiless judgment, it's irreversibility.

He needs to score....big time! the way Clinton wanted to with Arafat and Barak.  Can't do it in Afghanistan.  Iraq is a political disaster.  Nobody cares about the blacks in Darfur - that won't earn even a squib in the Guardian.  No!!  He needs a Zionist-inspired catastrophe that will have Richard Engel, Judy Woodruff, Rupert Murdoch, Charles Krauthammer and all the other dipsomaniacal, dysfunctional dunderheads dancing the Chattanooga Choo-Choo around his gyrating, African carcass.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Obama has to deal with some bad news.  General Dempsey, who has to count casualties and tag body bags, has no appetite for another Afghanistan.  He has told the president he thinks the U.S. can survive a Syrian missile attack on American ships and aircraft.  He might even think that American cruise missiles can affect the outcome of the war in Syria.  But, he must have also told Obama, that it might not work.  There are risks.  Some of them cannot be avoided.  There's no guarantee the Russian weapons won't work.   One big risk is American bombing of civilian centers. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.  Oh, well!  They're just a bunch of Ayraabs, right?   We might also hit Syria's huge stockpiles of Sarin, VTX and other unpleasant gaseous substances thereby causing more human suffering than all the establishment of the Zionist Abomination caused since 1948. This is no ipse dixit.

Russia and Iran are committed to Syria.  We believe that Vladimir Putin will not back down. He hasn't backed down on anything yet.  We know Iran is prepared to make any sacrifices based on a belief that the U.S. has become a paper tiger, wholly dependent on internal circumstances which will not permit it to go beyond an off-target, Obama Doctrine type of war.  Iran is prepared for exactly that with the trump card being an all-out attack on Saudi Arabia that will send oil prices so high it will take Europe 20 years to recover.  Hizbollah is ready too with over 40,000 improved missiles aimed at the black heart of the Settler State Par Excellence.  It's going to be jolly.

But, what is a president to do when his wagons are encircled by self-righteous hyenas?  Gotta go to war.  Right?

I'm afraid the U.S. is heading into another miasma of failure with Obama leading the charge with  a flag in his two hands.  His manipulators, Zionists and their Saudi/Turkish Wahhabist allies, stay behind and watch. I mean, they can't ride a horse, can they?

In Jordan, the U.S. has trained and armed thousands of Syrians and foreigners to fight a new and last campaign to oust our president.  If they can't dislodge him from Damascus, the secondary goal is to occupy sufficient "quality" territory to justify negotiations at a renewed Geneva Conference.  That's all the U.S. can really hope for to salvage the catastrophe is has brought on itself and the people of the Middle East.  I can think of no nation more vicious and evil than this country made up of hypocritical politicians and Zionist stooges  who constantly pontificate about rights and justice whilst trampling on them openly and unabashedly before the eyes of the world. Schadenfreude?  You betcha.

Syria is going to sink multiple American ships in the Mediterranean.  Once the U.S. fires cruise missiles, all bets are off.  THIS IS OPERATION JULES JAMMAAL.  Syria will also vaporize the Patriot Missile System in Turkey and Jordan.  This will be done with the Russian-installed Iskandar cruise missiles now positioned in Latakia, Idlib and Damascus.  Syria will also fire its thousands of locally-manufactured Scud-Bs and Ds, not terribly accurate, but sufficiently so to cause massive destruction.  But now, for the first time,  Syria and Iran will unleash anti-government forces in Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Turkey.

To this date, there has been a supposition, based on nothing but armchair theorizing, that the Syrian Army, as an institution,  has been fighting the war.  I have made it clear in previous posts that the army fighting the terrorist rats has been the Republican Guard, 4th Mechanized Armored Division, 100,000 militia and over 100,000 National Defense Force volunteers.  Coupled with our pervasive security forces, police and border patrol, it has been enough to stay the tide of foreign mercenary interventionists.  But when the war goes viral, Syria will finally begin using its 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Army Corps.  With this comes Hizbollah and Iran's forces.  Missiles will tell the story.  Aircraft will sink into the drink.  Obama and his experts will sink with them. I promise you.

I will make it clear to all readers.  I don't support the U.S. in this, at all.  I am sick of the U.S. bullying other countries and I am doubly sick of seeing American soldiers being used as cannon fodder by the Zionist Empire - Christians dying for a few miserable Zionist freeloading, carpetbagging bloodsucking thugs.  I want to see Syria rub Obama's face in his own ordure.  I want to see Iran exterminate the race of banana-eating apes of the Peninsula whose time has run out.  I welcome this war and can't wait to chronicle it with you.  This is America at its worst.  War-mongering.  Fighting wars to deflect embarrassments.  Killing other humans for the sake of culling populations.  This is war crime territory.  Obama, the worst president this country ever had,  is cut out for this job.

Breaking News: Syrian Terrorists Attacked the New York Times

Then Obomber must make Assad eat some cruise missiles at a million bucks a pop!

"NYTimes site inaccessible after disruption" by Martha Mendoza |  AP National Writer, August 27, 2013

SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) — Readers who tried to click on the New York Times’ website got nothing but error messages Tuesday afternoon in its second major disruption this month, with a group calling itself ‘‘The Syrian Electronic Army’’ claiming responsibility.

Within minutes of the attack, the New York Times announced in a Twitter message that it would continue to publish the news. The site published two reports over two hours on chemical attacks in Syria....

In other words, the false flag chemical attack by U.S.-supported Al-CIA-Duh rebels has completely cratered and the pathetic pre$$ is now reduced to shoveling this s***.

The cause of Tuesday’s service problems at the New York Times was unknown, but the behavior was consistent with a hacking attack that hijacks control of a site from its administrators.

Times officials did not immediately return phone and email messages for comment. In a Twitter message, Times spokeswoman Eileen Murphy said the cause was a ‘‘malicious external attack.’’

Two weeks ago, the Times’ website suffered an outage that the company blamed on a server problem.

The Syrian Electronic Army has, in recent months, taken credit for Web attacks on media targets that it sees as sympathetic to Syria’s rebels. The SEA claims to have hacked the Washington Post, and Twitter feeds of several news organizations including The Associated Press, Al-Jazeera English and the BBC.

The group said in a Twitter message Tuesday that it also took over Twitter and Huffington Post U.K....

Twitter and The New York Times were both hit by a technique known as ‘‘DNS hijacking,’’ according to Robert Masse, president of Montreal, Canada-based security startup Swift Identity.

The technique works by tampering with domain name servers that translate easy-to-remember names like ‘‘’’ into the numerical Internet Protocol addresses (such as ‘‘”) which computers use to route data across the Internet.

Domain name servers basically work as the Web’s phone books, and if attackers gains access to one, they can funnel users trying to access sites like The New York Times or Twitter to whichever rogue server they please.

Masse said DNS attacks are popular because they bypass a website’s security to attack the very architecture of the Internet itself....

WhereTF is the NSA when you REALLY NEED THEM?!?!

"Potential recruits with the right skills too often have been heading for business, and those who do choose government often go to the National Security Agency, where they work on offensive digital attacks on foreign nations."

Michael Fey, a chief technology officer at Santa Clara, Calif. based cybersecurity firm McAfee, said Tuesday that as long as media organizations play a critical role as influencers and critics, they will continue to be targets of cyber-attacks.

Good thing newspapers are self-destructing, and knowing that it makes one wonder WHY would the "SEA" WASTE the TIME when WE NO LONGER BELIEVE ORGANIZATIONS like the Jew York Times?

He said the battle tactics are broad, from denial of service attacks, to targeted attacks using social engineering and to deploying information-gathering Trojans.

‘‘Regardless of technology or tactics deployed, we should expect to see more of these attacks,’’ he said.

Meaning a whole indu$try will thrive.

FBI spokeswoman Jenny Shearer at the Washington D.C. headquarters said the agency has no comment on the attack.

Cybersecurity experts said hijacking attacks are preventable.

‘‘As this incident illustrates, any time you integrate third party code into your site, it presents a new attack vector for hackers. You must not only ensure your own code is secure, but you must also rely upon third parties’ security practices,’’ said Aaron Titus, a privacy officer and attorney at New York-based privacy software firm Identity Finder.

How much does that co$t?

Who are the hackers again?

This is Insanity

UPDATE (2:55 p.m.): Now the pathetic excuse for a human being, John Kerry, is speaking about how chemical weapons being used to kill women and children is unacceptable, blah, blah, blah.  What he means is it is ONLY ACCEPTABLE when the EUSraeli empire or their Al-CIA-Duh allies dumps them on some "enemy." He's claiming the Syrians are destroying evidence, blah, blah, blah.  The TV news is saying he called it a moral obscenity, and says "common sense" says Syria did it -- meaning they have not a shred of evidence against Syria.

I've turned down the sound now because I can't stand that scum, but let me make it clear to Mr. Kerry, Mr. Obama, and the rest of the NSA monitoring this:

I would also like the world to know that the AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE OPPOSED to this war criminal action, but OUR LEADERS ARE NOT LISTENING! They ONLY LISTEN to WALL STREET and ISRAEL! This is all being done against our will, consent, and approval!

So DAMN YOU TO HELL, Mr. Kerry! I will FEAST UPON YOUR VERY SOUL when I see you there, you liar!!

Now back to the original post from earlier this morning:

'Round h're we call it reading the regional flagship known as the Boston Globe.

Just a small sampling of what I found this morning in a mere eight pages before I stopped reading it:

First up is Syria, and no matter what the evidence shows (not that I would believe any evidence offered by the EUSraeli empire or it's total tool of a U.N. anymore) the evidence is irrefutable and any offer by the Syrians is too late and not credible. Says the US official? The proverbial personification of credibility?

(The latest insanity coming is from Al-Jewzeera and it says UN inspectors were stopped this morning when their convoy was fired upon; gee, who would want to keep the inspectors from identifying things after the Syrian government agreed to take them there?)

This from the same nation that claimed the same about Iraq and all. We were told babies were thrown out of incubators. We were told he had UAV the size of a model airplane loaded with biological weapons that were ready to be deployed to the eastern seaboard; we were told he had nukes! We were told he used chemical weapons on his own people!

Ready for a stunner? Maybe he didn't, and that would just be one more lie you were told, wouldn't it? The safe assumption now is your government and its mouthpiece jewsmedia collaborationists and blackmailers tell nothing but lies. On the rare occasions where they deign to hold a limited hangout and reveal a half-truth it's called distortion and obfuscation. Forgetting about it in future propaganda is called omission, and all four are methods of deception.

Anyway, I stray when I give you the context of the prism with which this well-meaning and concerned American citizen greets each day with in a dewy-eyed optimism that quickly turns sour (usually before opening the thing).

And we called it a newspaper:

"Powell spoke in an interview with CBS’s “Face the Nation,’’ as Washington held a series of events to mark the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.’s march that included his ‘‘I Have a Dream’’ speech. ‘‘If Dr. King was here, I’m quite sure he would say, ‘Congratulations on all the progress that’s been made, but let’s keep going. The dream is not fully achieved yet,’’’ said Powell, also the first black to serve the nation as secretary of state."

I'm sure Dr. King would have had a lot to say to the general that led two war criminal assaults on Iraq that killed millions and were based on lies, and I feel quite confident he would endorse my speech as I become a bit teary-eyed right now.

“For the president to speak out on it is appropriate,” said Colin Powell. “I think all leaders, black and white, should speak out on this issue.”

I thought I would put the picture up because it's a perfect look for a response to what I just said. What, what? From what I say on Al-Jewzeera (my jew home for corporate new$) I see he called Assad a born liar, so all that regret about his embarrassing lies at the U.N. in February 2003 was really just public relations bullshit.  I suppose it takes one to know one, and who would ever believe a proven liar like Powell again?

Aye-aye, Genural!

"Insurgents bent on destabilizing Iraq killed at least 46 people in numerous attacks scattered around the country on Sunday"

Yeah, in Iraq they are insurgents seeking to overthrow the elected government of U.S. liberation. In Syria, they are freedom-fighting rebels looking to overthrow a brutal regime.

Btw, any ideas or thoughts that the wars are coming to an end as promulgated by my pos press here is exposed when the big business story of the day is the development of a new Army boot for the Middle East. But no boots on the ground in Syria, even thought the U.S. already has boots on the ground in Syria. They are the ones who did the chemical attack.

"Hazem el-Beblawi, the interim prime minister, said Saturday that it was important to pursue a political process aimed at restoring democracy, but he emphasized that it should not include ‘‘those who don’t accept the principles of no use of violence, no religion in politics, no attacks against minorities, and no discrimination.’’"

That was said by one of the Egyptian thugs now running the country? The same crew that has basically reoutlawed the Brotherhood (regardle$$ of what you think of their backing or political agenda, the Orwellian comments coming from government speak for themselves)? The same crew that has mowed down over 1,000 souls, MORE than Mubarak's military (even though it's all the same guys)? Talking about nonviolence? About restoring democracy? Are you kidding?

Oh, btw, all you liberal secularists who are nothing but tools for western intelligence and Israel? I hope you like the jail cells.  I think we can remove any and all doubt about that, folks. It's from their own mouths -- as the country returns to normal according to the AmeriKan media.

"With business owners sounding increasingly worried about the threat they believe the homeless pose to Columbia’s economic surge, the City Council approved a plan this month that will essentially evict them from downtown streets. “People are afraid to get out of their cars when they see a homeless person,” said Richard Balser, who owns a luggage store downtown. “They haven’t been a problem. They just scare people.” The city is also planning to impose limits on meal service for the homeless on public property. And it plans to station a police officer at a strategic location between the city’s shelter and downtown to “monitor and control foot traffic.”

What, there are NO CRIMES like RAPE, ROBBERY, or MURDER, in South Carolina? Gotta have cops on the beat and manning a post to watch those homeless now, huh? Talk about total corporate tools dre$$ed all in blue!

Good Lord, the homeless are now akin to TERRORISTS! They SCARE PEOPLE! They THREATEN what is a "a sustainable business model” and "giant risk to business.”

That's odd, because I see them around here and aside from giving them a few bucks in the past, I never felt endangered. I felt pity and fear, thinking that could one day be me.

Oh, and you know, if the economy is so great why are the numbers of homeless rising? Job losses? Fraudulent foreclosures? Crap corporate media lies? How can crime be down and up at the same time?

Hey, it's all for your own good, like Obamacare:

"That ground-level campaign will be reinforced by $41 million worth of national advertising contracts through the federal government. The Obama administration will also spend $67 million on contracts with nonprofits around the country to actually sign people up for insurance."

That will be $108 million not going into to actual healthcare, but it will create jobs, or so I'm told! I wonder which well-connected interests will be getting the contract$.

Just wait until you get the forms and see how less you like it, America. Never mind the cutback in hours and dropping of your spouse from your profitable employer's plan (unless they are of the same sex).

Btw, did you see who is exempt from all this as you will be asked to cough up even more, consumer (I was silly enough to think it was patient)?

"The debate is more about principle than big money, since the staffs of such organizations are relatively small and make barely a ripple in huge state retirement systems. But associations of cities, counties, and school boards argue that a plausible case can be made for allowing them to get state pensions and state health care benefits, and the benefits of those already in the pension system are protected from future cuts, groups aren’t bound by salary restrictions — significant salary increases would result in increasing pension benefits."

Yes, as you suffer under the endless lash of austerity budget cuts and the partisanship of addressing your needs, Americans, the money junkies are grabbing more loot from taxpayers -- and the corporate pre$$ is excusing the behavior. Never mind the billion bucks borrowed and the debt interest payments on biotech when it "more often, years of drug development and the drawn-out approval process ultimately lead nowhere." Just a lot of lost loot from pension funds and colege endowments. And you were wondering why your pension statement is flat and tuition skyrocketing?

Of course, all those union contracts made with teachers, cops, and firefighters? Those gotta be opened up and renegotiated right away! I mean, it's pretty clear to me that the only function of government in AmeriKa today, be it local, state, or federal, is to grab and give all the money to the seven percent of which they are a part.

That's not an economic recovery, folks, that's a GRAND DEPRESSION!

Leading the corporate news are the fires threatening Yosemite, and that holds a personal connection for me since I visited; however, it's not due to global warming as the fart mi$ters would have you believe; it's because the fire control and firefighting and budgets for this country have been turned over to the war machine, Wall Street, Israel, and any well-connected corporation, along with the full range of perks for the lavish lifestyles of the politicians who are imposing austerity on you.

The Globe covers the latest Snowden revelations to a certain degree (in my printed paper, briefs not on the web?), but neglects to mention what I saw on Al-Jewzeera: over 80 embassies around the world were monitored in what was called the "Special Collection Service." I'm sure that will make some world capitals happy.

Oh, just a reminder that there is a missing nuke around somewhere, so if a big bang happens in, say, Chicago, you will know where they really got it and where it really came from.

One final note that I did not see in my printed Globe, but did see on MSNBC that Miley Cyrus is now officially a slut or tramp or whore or whatever the kids call it these days. I never watch such things, but the clips I saw were disgusting and shocking (btw, Lady Gaga looked fat), especially at 5:55 in the morning! Maybe I'm an old fuddy-duddy, I don't think so, but apparently the perverted Jewish media (wasn't a big deal at all to the Globe, in fact, they were positive about it) has warped and corrupted another child star. Has anyone checked to see who is managing her these days, and has anyone tested her for drugs because she looked like she was on something?

The Worst Days in World History

So far.... they may soon not be.

"Hiroshima and Nagasaki: Worst single terror attacks in history

by Norm Dixon

August 6 and August 9 2009 mark the 64th anniversaries of the US atomic-bomb attacks on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. In Hiroshima, an estimated 80,000 people were killed in a split second. Some 13 square kilometres of the city were obliterated. By December, at least another 70,000 people had died from radiation and injuries.

Three days after Hiroshima's destruction, the US dropped an A-bomb on Nagasaki, resulting in the deaths of at least 70,000 people before the year was out.

Since 1945, tens of thousands more residents of the two cities have continued to suffer and die from radiation-induced cancers, birth defects and still births.

A tiny group of US rulers met secretly in Washington and callously ordered this indiscriminate annihilation of civilian populations. They gave no explicit warnings. They rejected all alternatives, preferring to inflict the most extreme human carnage possible. They ordered and had carried out the two worst single terror acts in human history.

Hiroshima and Nagasaki anniversaries are inevitably marked by countless mass media commentaries and US politicians' speeches that repeat the 63-year-old mantra that there was no other choice but to use A-bombs in order to avoid a bitter, prolonged invasion of Japan.

On July 21, 2005, the British New Scientist magazine undermined this chorus when it reported that two historians had uncovered further evidence revealing that “the US decision to drop atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki ... was meant to kick-start the Cold War [against the Soviet Union, Washington's war-time ally] rather than end the Second World War”. Peter Kuznick, director of the Nuclear Studies Institute at the American University in Washington, stated that US President Harry Truman's decision to blast the cities “was not just a war crime, it was a crime against humanity”.

With Mark Selden, a historian from Cornell University in New York, Kuznick studied the diplomatic archives of the US, Japan and the USSR. They found that three days before Hiroshima, Truman agreed at a meeting that Japan was “looking for peace”. His senior generals and political advisers told him there was no need to use the A-bomb. But the bombs were dropped anyway. “Impressing Russia was more important than ending the war”, Selden told the New Scientist.

While the capitalist media immediately dubbed the historians' “theory” “controversial”, it accords with the testimony of many central US political and military players at the time, including General Dwight Eisenhower, who stated bluntly in a 1963 Newsweek interview that “the Japanese were ready to surrender and it wasn't necessary to hit them with that awful thing”.

Truman's chief of staff, Admiral William Leahy, stated in his memoirs that “the use of this barbarous weapon at Hiroshima and Nagasaki was of no material assistance in our war against Japan. The Japanese were already defeated and ready to surrender.”

At the time though, Washington cold-bloodedly decided to obliterate the lives of hundreds of thousands  of men, women and children to show off the terrible power of its new super weapon and underline the US rulers' ruthless preparedness to use it.

These terrible acts were intended to warn the leaders of the Soviet Union that their cities would suffer the same fate if the USSR attempted to stand in the way of Washington's plans to create an “American Century” of US global domination. Nuclear scientist Leo Szilard recounted to his biographers how Truman's secretary of state, James Byrnes, told him before the Hiroshima attack that “Russia might be more manageable if impressed by American military might and that a demonstration of the bomb may impress Russia”.

Drunk from the success of its nuclear bloodletting in Japan, Washington planned and threatened the use of nuclear weapons on at least 20 occasions in the 1950s and 1960s, only being restrained when the USSR developed enough nuclear-armed rockets to usher in the era of “mutually assured destruction”, and the US rulers' fear that their use again of nuclear weapons would led to a massive anti-US political revolt by ordinary people around the world.

Washington's policy of nuclear terror remains intact. The US refuses to rule out the first use of nuclear weapons in a conflict. Its latest Nuclear Posture Review envisages the use of nuclear weapons against non-nuclear “rogue states” and it is developing a new generation of ‘battlefield” nuclear weapons.

Fear of the political backlash that would be caused in the US and around the globe by the use of nuclear weapons remains the main restraint upon the atomaniacs in Washington. On this 64rd anniversary year of history's worst acts of terror, the most effective thing that peace-loving people around the world can do to keep that fear alive in the minds of the US rulers is to recommit ourselves to defeating Washington's current “local” wars of terror in Afghanistan and Iraq.

"The lies of Hiroshima live on, props in the war crimes of the 20th century; The 1945 attack was murder on an epic scale. In its victims' names, we must not allow a nuclear repeat in the Middle East

August 6 2008

.... In the immediate aftermath of the bomb, the allied occupation authorities banned all mention of radiation poisoning and insisted that people had been killed or injured only by the bomb's blast. It was the first big lie. "No radioactivity in Hiroshima ruin" said the front page of the New York Times, a classic of disinformation and journalistic abdication, which the Australian reporter Wilfred Burchett put right with his scoop of the century. "I write this as a warning to the world," reported Burchett in the Daily Express, having reached Hiroshima after a perilous journey, the first correspondent to dare. He described hospital wards filled with people with no visible injuries but who were dying from what he called "an atomic plague". For telling this truth, his press accreditation was withdrawn, he was pilloried and smeared - and vindicated.

The atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki was a criminal act on an epic scale. It was premeditated mass murder that unleashed a weapon of intrinsic criminality. For this reason its apologists have sought refuge in the mythology of the ultimate "good war", whose "ethical bath", as Richard Drayton called it, has allowed the west not only to expiate its bloody imperial past but to promote 60 years of rapacious war, always beneath the shadow of The Bomb.

The most enduring lie is that the atomic bomb was dropped to end the war in the Pacific and save lives. "Even without the atomic bombing attacks," concluded the United States Strategic Bombing Survey of 1946, "air supremacy over Japan could have exerted sufficient pressure to bring about unconditional surrender and obviate the need for invasion. Based on a detailed investigation of all the facts, and supported by the testimony of the surviving Japanese leaders involved, it is the Survey's opinion that ... Japan would have surrendered even if the atomic bombs had not been dropped, even if Russia had not entered the war and even if no invasion had been planned or contemplated."

"Hiroshima Didn't Have to Happen

"A long habit of not thinking a thing wrong gives it a superficial appearance of being right, and raises at first a formidable outcry in defense of custom." - Thomas Paine, "Common Sense," 1776

Fifty-six years ago this month, we became the first and only nation to use nuclear weapons in warfare. The world was told that the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were justified in order to bring a swift end to the war without a costly and bloody invasion of Japan's home islands. This, to put it charitably, was a lie. No less an authority than General Dwight Eisenhower has stated unequivocally: "It wasn't necessary to hit them with that awful thing."

Yet millions of Americans still believe what they were told in August of 1945, well before the experience of being regularly deceived by our government became commonplace. As we saw with the controversies surrounding the 50th anniversary exhibition at the Smithsonian, many are outraged by anyone who agrees with Eisenhower's views. But Eisenhower was hardly alone at the time.

President Truman's top military advisors were virtually unanimous in their belief that the atomic bombs were not needed to end the war without an invasion: Generals MacArthur, Clarke, Bonesteel and Marshall of the Army; Admirals Leahy, Nimitz, Halsey, Wagner and Radford of the Navy; and Generals Arnold, Eaker, LeMay, Spaatz and Chennault of the Air Force. (Comments from each of these men can be found at, in an extended discussion of Gar Alperovitz' book The Decision to Use the Atomic Bomb, the most extensive examination of the new evidence in this case.)

The military leaders knew, as most civilians and soldiers did not, that Japan's military situation was completely hopeless. We controlled both her seas and her skies with impunity. The war would be over long before an invasion could be mounted. Eisenhower also knew what some of his fellow generals did not: that for over a year we had been intercepting Japanese diplomatic cables seeking surrender. Dozens of such messages have now been declassified. This cable traffic became more frequent and more desperate in the final weeks of the war. By then it was clear that the Japanese Emperor and even elements of her military were committed to surrender. And there is now no doubt that President Truman knew this when he made the decision to use nuclear weapons. We have a diary entry in his own handwriting concerning the "cable from Jap Emperor asking for peace."

There was only one condition. Japan was asking for the same terms on which the war was later settled: that she be allowed to retain her Emperor. Truman's political advisors told him that even a hint that we would agree to this, even a private assurance, would be likely to bring the war to an end. But Truman not only refused to offer such assurances, he explicitly removed them from the statement issued at the Potsdam summit in July, knowing full well that this would prolong the war. He waited long months until the atomic bomb was available, without pursuing other avenues to peace. Far from saving lives, the nuclear option caused more soldiers to die in a war that was essentially over.

Why did Harry Truman do this? The available evidence in the historical record indicates that Truman and his closest advisor, Secretary of State James Byrnes, felt that nuclear weapons would give America unchallenged military power. They were looking ahead to the Cold War; they believed that demonstrating our willingness to use such weapons would make the Russians "more manageable" in the postwar period. Other advisors warned that this would lead to a costly nuclear arms race. But Truman and Byrnes chose to believe General Groves, leader of the Manhattan Project, who predicted that it would be twenty years before another nation could develop nuclear arms.

This, of course, was one of history's greatest miscalculations. They could not definitively foresee what we know now: that their decision is still killing the children of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in their fifties and sixties; that we would spend trillions of dollars in a needless arms race; that thousands of patriotic soldiers and atomic workers would be sickened and killed by the careless use of nuclear power; that island nations of the South Pacific would be destroyed in our quest for nuclear supremacy; or that we would lose a good measure of our democracy in assuming a permanent war footing and adopting extraconstitutional measures in the name of national security.

It is their responsibility nonetheless, and it is our legacy. Because of geostrategic political calculations, our government chose to use nuclear weapons without warning, against a civilian target, and without first pursuing any other method of achieving Japan's surrender. Rather than justifying it by invoking revenge for Pearl Harbor or other Japanese atrocities; rather than expressing a triumphalist joy for the lives saved in an invasion that never would have occurred; we should unflinchingly recall this anniversary with humility and sorrow.

Al-Qaeda to Assassinate Obama This August

It's all right here, folks.

Good thing the government has put out so many terror warnings, huh?

He looks really worried, doesn't he?

Then again, maybe he should be watching his guard!

Coming False Flag Will Reveal Complete Governmental Failure

"This alert is so vague as to be totally useless. We are told that we must submit to total surveillance of our lives, our computers, our locations, our phone calls, our mail, that we must accept crotch-groping at the airports, the looting of our luggage, the actual destruction of our property, all so that the US government can "find the terrorists".

Except that from this vague warning, they can't do that. His warning amounts to "Someone in Al Qaeda (nudge nudge wink wink say no more) but we don't know exactly who, is going to do something, but we don't know exactly what, somewhere in the Middle East, only we don't know exactly where, sometime before the end of the month, only we don't know just when."

The window of locations and times is so wide open the government can count on at least one act of terror they can claim is the one they predicted. And if the terror attacks happens, it means one of two things.

1. This new "terror" attack is a false-flag operation; a faked event by a US Government desperate to distract the American people from the unconstitutional existence of that massive spy network, to distract the American people from the IRS targeting of the President's political enemies (an impeachable crime), to distract the American people from the exploding scandal surrounding Benghazi, which appears to have been yet another false-flag stunt to bolster Obama's re-election chances and re-ignite Americans' flagging war fever.

2. None of the massive and costly security imposed by the United States government on the American people and the rest of the world actually works. If there is another terror attack it means that the grabbing of our crotches (and looting of our luggage) by TSA does not work. If there is another terror attack it means the NSA spying on Americans does not work. If there is another terror attack it means the Department of Homeland Security, CIA, FBI, etc., do not work.

Take your pick!

The best way to head off a false-flag attack is to hammer the point that any terror attack anywhere represents a complete and total failure of DHS, TSA, FBI, NSA, CIA, etc.

If there is another terror attack, anywhere, at any time, the response of the American people should be to demand the immediate shutting down of all these costly and unconstitutional agencies, and a return to spending the Americans' tax money on Americans!" -- What Really Happened

"Translation: the US government is about to create some kind of false flag somewhere (even perhaps here at home), as the excuse to invade a country, either in the Middle East or North Africa, and inspire "war fever" anew on the part of the American people.

It desperately needs the distraction from a lousy economy; Benghazigate; IRSgate; NSAgate; and other scandals which are most probably about to kneecap an already seriously distressed 2nd term presidency.

But I would strongly suggest to this administration, that after the US "victories" in Iraq and Afghanistan, that the American people are going to be skeptical in the extreme about yet another military catastrophe, as was played out in Iraq, and is playing out in Afghanistan.

The American people understand completely, that these have been very publicly funded and fought wars, with very real deaths and maimings for life, ultimately for private profit.

Unfortunately, we are at a tipping point here; we are looking at either the US government starting a world war, to attempt to stave off its economic collapse for just a little while longer, or a total collapse of the US economy in the short term. There is no middle ground, and things cannot possibly continue to go on the way they have." -- What Really Happened

Snowden Nominated For Nobel Peace Prize

It might help bring some integrity back to those awards, even if he is part of a psyop. The fact is, who cares? He's obviously much smarter than Bradley Manning, and although all Snowden's leaks have been basic general knowledge for decades, what he has done is enlightened us all that the advancement of tyranny and a global surveillance system has accelerated under Obama. As much as I want Bush before the bar at the Hague, forget about him. This isn't about his spying on the planet; this is about what this government under Obama has done the last five years. It's absolutely shredded any semblance of constitutional or republican government. It's an unlawful and lawless regime now, and it will take its place among the world's greatest tyrannies in history books. And we have a whistleblowing hero to thank for it, Edward Snowden.

Anybody want to second that motion?

Suggestion For a Google Search

Seeing as the NSA is gobbling every single web search on the face of mother planet I thought I would help keep them employed. I'm thinking terms like "Israel Did 9/11," "FBI false flags"; and "Obama is an Asshole" would be good to use for starters. If you can think of any additional ones on your own, go for it. I know I'll be spending the rest of the day availing myself of several search engines and typing in those terms among many others. I suggest you do the same, dear readers. Let's flood the NSA like a government document dump on a Friday afternoon.
