That's what is TYRANNY: tasers, beatings, shootings and death.

"Panel faults police misconduct cases; Review board says 5 should be redone" by Donovan Slack, Globe Staff | August 20, 2008
The Boston Police Department's handling of police misconduct allegations shows signs of slipshod investigations and unfair treatment of complaining witnesses, according to a report to be released today by an independent panel.
Noooooooooo!!!!
The panel said it found instances in which investigators drew conclusions without facts to support them, did not try hard enough to contact potential witnesses, and, in many instances, used leading questions while interviewing complainants or officers.
You're kidding?! Cops drawing the wrong conclusions to cover up crimes?
No way!
The most common complaints were excessive use of force by police officers and failure to treat citizens with respect.
Remember "to serve and protect?"
That's long gone: now it is to oppress and punish!
Those categories covered allegations ranging from officers swearing at people to officers hitting people.
Well, I guess that would include this nice young man who has been forgotten, huh?
