Bush Says Americans Approve of His Torture Policy

DON'T YOU LUMP ME IN WITH YOUR WAR CRIMINAL CROWD, ASSHOLE!!!!!!!!

"Of course if you want to slander America, you can look at it one way.... we certainly wish Abu Ghraib hadn’t happened, but that should not reflect America. This was the actions of some soldiers. That doesn’t show the heart and soul of America,” Bush said."

I'm American, world, and I CONDEMN THIS TORTURING LYING, LAW-BREAKING, MASS-MURDERING WAR CRIMINAL and HIS WAR CRIMINAL CABINET!!!

All based on a CROCK of LIES!!!!!!

I DEMAND IMPEACHMENT RIGHT NOW!!!!

And WHERE are you, U.N.?

"
Sudan pressured on war crimes arrests"

"The UN Security Council called yesterday on Sudan to arrest and hand over two Darfur war crimes suspects for prosecution by the International Criminal Court. Sudan has repeatedly rejected UN demands to hand over Ahmed Harun, a Cabinet minister, and Ali Kushayb, a militia commander. The two face 51 charges, including murder, rape, and forced expulsions in 2003 and 2004 in Darfur. They are accused of organizing a system to recruit, fund, arm, and command a militia that terrorized villages in the western Sudanese region. Yesterday's action was notable because it was backed by both China, a strong protector of Sudan, and the United States (AP June 17, 2008)."

Oh, I see.

Only the weak and powerless are to stand trials for war crimes (after you are done using them. Think Charles Taylor, readers)!!

By two of the greatest war criminal nations on the planet -- COMMUNIST China and the good old U.S. of A, murderer of millions of Muslims by now!!!

And Darfur is what: 400,000 tops but still a brief? And that is the only African story today -- a BRIEF!

Sigh. Do I even have to say it, readers?

"Bush detention policy seemed all about him"

Isn't everything?

Actually, no, no, it isn't declares the torturer-in-chief (hey, HE AUTHORIZED IT).

Why do I have to go to an INDIAN NEWSPAPER to get the story, readers?

"
Wife still hopeful Bush will be a ‘popular’ Prez"

"But the US president remained unperturbed by the negative ratings or opinion polls.

“Let me say this to you about all this popularity stuff. First of all, popularity is fleeting. And I want it to be said about George W. Bush that when he finished his presidency, he looked in the mirror at a man who did not compromise his core principals for the sake of politics, or the Gallup poll, or the latest, you know, whatever.

“And you can’t lead in this world if you’re chasing something as temporary as a popularity poll,” Bush, 61, who will step down early next year, said.

Asked about the controversy surrounding ill-treatment of terror detainees in Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghraib, Bush claimed that all was not that bad.

“Of course if you want to slander America, you can look at it one way. But... if you go down to Guantanamo and take a look at how these prisoners are treated -- and they’re working it through our court systems. We are a land of law.” Asked about the recent US Supreme Court ruling that Guantanamo prisoners have the right to challenge their detention in civilian courts, Bush said: “It is, and I accept their verdict.

I don’t agree with their verdict. And it’s not what I was doing down there. This was a law passed by our United States Congress that I worked with the Congress to get passed and sign into law.” “... we certainly wish Abu Ghraib hadn’t happened, but that should not reflect America. This was the actions of some soldiers. That doesn’t show the heart and soul of America,” Bush said.

“What shows the heart and soul of America is the sacrifice of our troops willing to defend our country and liberate 50 million people, or the generosity of America when it comes to providing money for HIV/AIDS in Africa, or the fact that America feeds more of the hungry in the world than any other country. That’s the true America,” he said."

I'm embarrassed and humiliated that this man and his criminal cabal is allowed to preside over my nation and wander about as if he somehow is representing us.

Fuck you, you black-hearted, globalist slave!!!!

:

"The appeals court said it recognized the gravity of the situation confronting government investigators after the 2001 attacks and agreed that some forms of government action that otherwise would not be proper are permitted in emergencies."

Bye, bye, "justice." Sorry we never knew ye!

"Court to rule on detainee lawsuit; Case to decide the liability of Cabinet members" by Mark Sherman, Associated Press | June 17, 2008

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court said yesterday it will decide whether former attorney general John Ashcroft and FBI director Robert Mueller must face a lawsuit that contends prisoners detained after Sept. 11, 2001, were abused because of their religion and ethnicity.

The case, to be argued around the end of the year, will help determine when Cabinet officers and other high-ranking officials can be sued when lower-level government workers violate people's civil rights.

The suit was filed by Javaid Iqbal, a Pakistani Muslim who spent nearly six months in solitary confinement in New York in 2002. Iqbal, since deported from the United States, says Ashcroft, Mueller, and others implemented a policy of confining detainees in highly restrictive conditions because of their religious beliefs and race.

Yeah, they do all seem to be Muslims, don't they?

All over a DAMNABLE LIE!

Look, we ain't stoo-pid no more!

THE WHOLE WORLD KNOWS that 9/11 was a CIA/Mossad BLACK BAG JOB, and that it is WESTERN GOVERNMENTS that FUND and DIRECT "terrorist" groups.

We then TORTURE the PATSIES we have SET UP!!!!

GET a CLUE, world!!!

And STOP the UNHOLY PROPAGANDA, shit press!!!!!

A federal appeals court said the lawsuit could proceed, but the Bush administration said the high-ranking officials should not have to answer for the allegedly discriminatory acts of subordinates, absent a glimmer of evidence that they intended or condoned the harsh treatment.

Even though SIX of them SAT in a ROOM DISCUSSING TECHNIQUES down to the last clubbing!!!!

"In addition to Bush, suspects in the alleged conspiracy include a who’s who of top officials in Bush’s first term, principally Dick Cheney, Condoleeza Rice, Colin Powell, John Ashcroft, Donald Rumsfeld, George Tenet and their aides, says ABC News."

The Second US Circuit Court of Appeals, based in New York, said that Ashcroft, Mueller, and 32 other former and current government employees named in the lawsuit may eventually be dismissed as defendants if evidence indicates they were not sufficiently involved in the activities to support a finding of personal liability.

Pffft. Even if they AUTHORIZED IT!!!?

Then, WHAT GOOD are the COURTS -- other than to SUPPORT the POWERFUL ELITE and APPROVE of THEIR CRIMES?

Yes, AMERIKAN JUSTICE, indeed!!!!!!

The Supreme Court will decide whether the lawsuit can even get that far....

I'm not hopeful. Are you, reader?

And get a load of this (Sig Heil):

Iqbal was arrested at his Long Island home Nov. 2, 2001, and charged with nonviolent federal crimes unrelated to terrorism. Two months later, he was moved to a holding facility in Brooklyn, where he was in solitary confinement for more than 150 days without a hearing, his lawsuit alleges.

You see that (Sig Heil)?

"Charged with nonviolent federal crimes unrelated to terrorism."

He said he was subjected to physical and verbal abuse, including unnecessary strip searches. On the day he entered solitary confinement, he says, he was thrown against a wall, kicked in the stomach, punched in the face, and dragged across a floor by federal prison officers.

In other words: TORTURE!!!!!!!

He was cleared of any involvement in terrorism and was deported in 2003 after pleading guilty to fraud and being sentenced to a year and four months in prison.

"cleared of any involvement in terrorism"

Yeah, because WE KNOW who the REAL TERRORISTS ARE!!!

They are the TORTURERS and TELLERS of LIES!!!!!!!

The appeals court said it recognized the gravity of the situation confronting government investigators after the 2001 attacks and agreed that some forms of government action that otherwise would not be proper are permitted in emergencies."

Yeah, save that important quote for LAST!

Think the SC is going to bother with this?

I don't! They are going to dismiss it because that is what stink elites do -- cover each others asses and rule favorably for them.

What makes you think Bush is even listening when he says what he says above, anyway?

Even that is filtered; I saw a brief video snipet on DemocracyNow of all places, and the British reporter got after him on the not agreeing part, saying the SC just STRUCK DOWN his PROGRAM with the last ruling!

I CONDEMN the MAN and HIS POLICIES, world!!!!

You NEED to KNOW THAT since it is coming from an AMERICAN!!!!!

WE DO NOT APPROVE OF HIM!!!!

HELP US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
