"Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said yesterday from Kyoto, where she is attending a meeting of the Group of Eight consortium of major industrialized nations, said, however, that North Korea and the international community have much more work to do.
"We also must deal with proliferation, we must deal with highly enriched uranium, we must verify to the end all of North Korea's weapons," she said. "And even that is not the end of the story. Because in order for North Korea to enter in some way the international community of states, it will have to deal with many issues, including human rights issues."
