MSM Ignoring Worsening Floods in Midwest

I love the fact that the Boston Globe can IGNORE THIS while printing SO MUCH CRAP!

And the TV news? I don't know; I rarely watch any now.

"Rain Heightens Worries Along the Mississippi" by CATRIN EINHORN

CLARKSVILLE, Mo. — A storm that federal forecasters had expected would quietly pass through here instead brought about six inches of rain in places along the Mississippi River overnight Tuesday, dashing expectations that the worst of the flooding was over.

We are all aware of the MEDIA MANIPULATIONS of the government!!

I'm not going to start railing and typing AGENDA-PUSHERS today, readers, because you KNOW IT WHEN YOU SEE IT!!!!

Even before the rain, levees were saturated. Hundreds of National Guardsmen and prison inmates continued to patrol and sandbag.

But there also was some good news: the battered Pin Oak levee east of town was holding.

In Clarksville, rainwater ran down the hills, pooling inside the sandbag walls. Residents fought back, adding six or so more pumps to the dozens already removing river seepage.

“All we’re doing is recycling it,” Mr. Garrison said of the water. “We pump it over the wall, and it comes back in. But we’re pumping it faster than it comes back.”

Jo Anne Smiley, the mayor of Clarksville, grimaced as she looked at the pouring rain on Wednesday and shook her head.

Like what I'm doing now?

Talk about TREADING WATER, 'eh?

Yeah, but there is GOOD NEWS!

Yup, the BIBLICAL DISASTER is NOT THAT BAD, according to the you-know-what press!!!!

Pfffffffffttttt!!!!!!
