Americans Get 9-Day Warning

"9 Day Notice

Jim Kirwan
10-27-8

The beginning of the End starts in just nine days. It's not as if we didn't have enough time to discuss the issues; because this campaign has broken all records for money spent and time wasted in pursuit of the Oval Office. Two years is an eternity in this quagmire and yet the candidates for president managed to avoid talking about any of the things that are tearing this nation apart.

America is a two-tier place with one set of laws for the majority and just a wink and a nod for those that actually run the show-and it is a show for certain rather than an election that deals with anything that matters to most of us.

America cannot provide jobs for its people; we cannot feed the hungry; heal the sick; or educate the people that need it the most. Government encourages pollution instead of curtailing it. This government sponsors fraudulent insurance and banking practices instead of prosecuting them. The Department of Criminal-Justice embraces the brand of torture that was the order of the day during and after the Spanish Inquisition, along with denying Habeas Corpus, suspending the right to a trial by a jury of one's peers and in some cases the right to be represented by an attorney-yet they have failed to investigate 911, just as they routinely fail to investigate and prosecute the criminals in both Congress and the Administration that routinely shatter the laws that they each of these maggots had sworn to uphold.

The million-dollar misfits running for office know nothing about hard work, missed meals, or the savage mistreatment that most of us suffer through week-in and week-out at the hands of federal, state and local governments that are supposedly there to attend to the things we care about. The list of failures includes virtually every area of responsibility which this government has the responsibility to pay for, without having to be sued to act.

FEMA has established itself as the greatest single agent of governmental failure in memory-and as "NOTHING* DOING" is still its motto-it should be dissolved forthwith. Homeland Security, our homegrown engine for the generation of national fear and paranoia has proven to be a legislative and administrative white elephant in every sense of that term and must be broken back into its original components, if we are ever to obtain anything like responsibility from any of the original-parts of that agency. One might wonder, what the hell have the candidates been talking about for the last two years: "Nothing" that could rock the boat of 'Business-as-usual,' and that much is certain!

Congress for its part in this, has seen to it that for the last eight years we have not had congressional oversight, of any of the massively criminal-constructs that have bankrupted the nation and that continue to cripple businesses while changes are forcing the loss of millions more US jobs. In many cases these fiscal cuts are so deep that the Christmas season might well be canceled because there is no money available for stores to purchase the stock required, and even with reduced staff levels many stores are being forced out; while the bankers sit on the bailout money that was appropriated (with a gun to the head of the congress), but that money is going into the pockets of the billionaires instead of into the places it was supposed to go-to "kick-start the flagging economy."(1)

This selection also comes at a time when this country is heavily invested in two illegal and unilaterally declared invasions that we call "The War on Terra," and these 'wars' have involved every one of us in major war-crimes and crimes against humanity-yet this has not been a centerpiece for any of the major campaigns. The one thing that these pitiful talking-manikins did finally have to talk about was the earthquake that shattered Wall Street. But here again they have kept their distance from this massive quadrillion-dollar black-hole, because, like its natural counterpart, this black-hole has the potential of dragging everything and everyone even close to it; into its inescapable nether-regions. (2)

Now we are facing new threats on the borders of the states we invaded (to make the world safe for democracy and freedom). This will be a re-run of the bombing of Cambodia back when the War in Vietnam began to go so badly. For all the treasure and blood we have poured into Afghanistan and Iraq, we have been reduced to blaming the bordering nations for our colossal failure to negotiate a political solution to these two wars: Wars that we can no longer win, despite all the bullets bombs and secret no-bid contracts that we have hocked our children's-children's futures to provide! Yet none of this seems to be of interest "On the Campaign Trail of 2008." Even the prospect of bombing Iran, Syria and Lebanon are not enough to provoke any real discussions about why we are at war, and when if ever these criminal endeavors will ever be terminated. The end of these "wars" is our responsibility as it was we who made war upon them, and not the other way around. And before you reach for the DELETE key, ask yourself where the critical-evidence was, that Afghanistan had anything at all to do with the events of 911. For that we only have the word of perhaps the most famous liar in the world, who just happens to be the sitting dictator of this nation.

We are almost completely locked into this downward spiral on every front because the bought and paid for Media is wholly owned by the same corporations that have made billions from these wars., and from our national Energy Policies that Cheney put in place, as his first act in office way back in 2001. Clinton's Communications Acts slammed shut the diversity of voices and opinions in that 'media' and reduced this nation to a virtual third world state when it comes to journalism or to that fabled Fourth Estate, that it was suppose to be, under the First Amendment to the US Constitution.

The Senate will ratify S1959 right after the elections to comport with the draconian terms of H.R. 1955, (which passed the House 404 to 6), Bush will then sign this into law and America will have its collective throat cut and all its tongues monitored for any sign of oppositional thought, to anything that might disagree with the Powers-that-be, under pain of jail or execution, depending on the severity of the crime or for:

"(3) HOMEGROWN TERRORISM- The term `homegrown terrorism' means the use, planned use, or threatened use, of force or violence by a group or individual born, raised, or based and operating primarily within the United States or any possession of the United States to intimidate or coerce the United States government, the civilian population of the United States, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives.

(4) IDEOLOGICALLY BASED VIOLENCE- The term ideologically based violence' means the use, planned use, or threatened use of force or violence by a group or individual to promote the group or individual's political, religious, or social beliefs." (3)

This will complete the necessary arrangements for the lockdown of the nation under a totalitarian regime that will no longer tolerate any of the freedoms supposedly protected by the Bill of Rights and the US Constitution. Yet none of this was ever raised in these so-called presidential debates!

One thing is now very clear: We are all in this together, if the nation falls, then we shall fall with her all the way to the bottom. We must come together or we shall each be picked off one by one. This was once our country, or so we thought. But we left it to the million-dollar pretenders, to the Bankers and the Money-Changers and all we have now is about to turn to ashes within weeks if we fail to come together. Many of us thought we had a stake in this country, as in we were part of it and it would protect us and guide us to a better life: It is now crystal clear that this not happening, in the foreseeable future, unless we find ways to drop the petty stuff and demand the kinds of changes that do not involve bringing back the same old criminals (in the guise of advisors) that both candidates have already picked.

Nine Days is not long, but you've been warned by thousands of concerned people, millions of times, and it's better than no-notice at all so do whatever you can!
