That's what you would think if you gave the briefs a quick glance.

I'm glad I don't get out much.
Now that you have some context, let the agenda-pushing begin:
"New England in brief June 20, 2008
Couple plead guilty to child pornography"
"A Gloucester woman and her boyfriend have pleaded guilty to federal charges of posting pornographic photos of the woman's 8-year-old daughter on the Internet. Kendra D'Andrea and Willie Jordan pleaded guilty to production of child pornography and conspiracy to produce child pornography. Jordan is scheduled to be sentenced July 10, and D'Andrea on Sept. 23. They face a maximum of 30 years in prison. The couple still face state charges of rape and distributing obscene materials. D'Andrea was arrested in December 2004 after state child welfare officials received an anonymous tip that a girl was being abused. Jordan, a truck driver, was arrested later in Michigan. The couple allegedly photographed Jordan having sex with the girl, then posted the pictures. No trial date has been set (AP)."
After Texas, I don't know what to make of "state" charges anymore.
"N.H. man charged with raping prostitutes
A Newmarket, N.H., man is being held without bail in Massachusetts, charged with raping five prostitutes. A judge ruled this week that Brian Knippers, 35, is a sexual predator who poses a danger to the community and can't be released on bail. Knippers was ordered held for 90 days after a judge listened to two days of testimony in a special hearing to determine whether bail should be set. Four of the prostitutes were in Brockton, and one in New Bedford. Police in Avon are investigating him in connection with a sixth attack. Prosecutors are asking a judge to force Knippers to submit a DNA sample to be compared with evidence in the attacks. Knippers was arrested June 6 in Dover (AP)."
I wonder if the Boston cops ran across him.
"Man pleads not guilty to raping child, 7
A Provincetown man has been ordered held on $10,000 bail after pleading not guilty to charges that he raped a friend's 7-year-old child. Gregory Perkins was arraigned in Orleans District Court on Wednesday on charges of rape of a child and indecent assault and battery on a child. Authorities say Perkins, 57, was arrested Tuesday in Provincetown following a six-month investigation by Truro police. The alleged rape took place in Truro on Dec. 23, according to court documents. Police Sergeant David Perry said the child went to the parents, and the parents went to police. Perkins is due back in court July 14 (AP)."
Yeah, after the cops let him go earlier when he raped a 5-year-old. WTF?!?
"Sex offender registry fees ruled legal
New Hampshire's Supreme Court ruled yesterday that forcing sex offenders to pay for the state sex offender registry is legal. Such payments are a legitimate user fee, not an unfair tax, the court said. The ruling was made in the case of Philip Horner, who was convicted in 2000 of five counts of sexual assault.
And why did the Globe's website cut this part?
Horner argued that because the registry serves the public, it was unfair to charge offenders $34 a year to maintain it. In a unanimous decision, the court disagreed, saying the fee is applied to a service that would not be necessary if there were no sex offenders (AP)."
O.K.!
So that means GEORGE W. BUSH and his band of LYING WAR THIEVES are RESPONSIBLE for all the WOUNDED TROOPS and their health care costs, right?
