Can You Hear the War Drums?

Boom-boom-boom-boom, boom-boom-boom-boom!

Everyday, readers!

"Iran nuclear program faces new sanctions" by John Ward Anderson, Washington Post | June 24, 2008

PARIS - The European Union approved new sanctions against Iran yesterday, including freezing the assets of its largest bank, in a continuing effort to force Tehran to curtail its nuclear development programs and fully cooperate with international inspectors.

The new measures signal growing impatience among European leaders with what they see as Iranian foot-dragging in negotiations over halting uranium enrichment. Iran says the program is purely peaceful, but many Western countries contend it is secretly geared to developing nuclear weapons.

The EU sanctions, approved yesterday at a meeting of the 27-nation bloc in Luxembourg, come on top of three sets of sanctions against Iran imposed by the United Nations Security Council in the last 18 months and a slew of sanctions levied unilaterally by the United States over the last two decades....

The increasingly hard-line European stance complements continuing efforts by a group consisting of the United States, Russia, China, France, Britain, Germany, and the EU to persuade Iran to stop enriching uranium in exchange for a package of political and economic concessions. On June 12, the group proposed wide-ranging negotiations on a broad array of issues, but stipulated as a precondition that Iran had to suspend its uranium enrichment and reprocessing activities, steps that could be part of a nuclear energy or weapons program."

Iran could be, if, maybe, might have.

I'm fucking SICK OF IT!

FUCK YOU, and FUCK YOUR FUCKING WARS, shit-shelling Zionist War Whores!!!!

But it is diarrhea, so it keeps on streaming....

"Two Businessmen Are Charged in Sale of Military Parts to Iran"

"WASHINGTON — Two American businessmen were charged Monday with selling military parts to Iran to help prop up its aging air fleet, the latest in a string of cases that American prosecutors say violate longstanding bans on exports to Tehran....

Even though they didn't give a shit about DEFECTIVE Chinese ammo... as long as they were going to our troops in Afghanistan!

Federal prosecutors in Florida said the two men — Hassan Saied Keshari, a naturalized citizen from Iran who runs an aviation parts company in Northern California, and Traian Bujduveanu, a naturalized citizen from Romania who ran an aviation company in the Fort Lauderdale area — shipped parts to the United Arab Emirates for resale to Iran. Some of the parts, prosecutors said, were for the repair of Iran’s aging F-14 jet fighters, while others were for military helicopters....

Oh, like the parts for car bombs that America sent to the U.A.E. that ended up in Iraqi?

The sale of military parts to Iran, a violation of American export law since 1995, has become a source of growing concern to American law enforcement officials at a time of rising military tension between the Bush administration and Tehran....

Translation: WE NEED MORE WAR PROPAGANDA!!!!

Robert Abreu, a lawyer for Mr. Keshari, 48, said in an interview that based on his initial reading of the case: “It does not deal apparently with any weapons or munitions. As far as I know, it was simply dual-use aircraft parts, and I think this is being trumped up to an arms violation where it’s not.”

And CUI BONO, huh?

Not that the U.S would ever "trump up" "terrorist" charges, right?

And just for good measure, let's run disinformation on the ops page!

THE WAR drums are beating hard in this the last summer of the Bush presidency. Israel practices bombing runs far out in the Mediterranean, refueling more than 100 fighter bombers in midair, in what is advertised as practice against Iranian nuclear facilities.

President Bush goes to Europe to garner support and issue threats in the cause of confrontation. Israeli politicians line up to replace the politically ailing Prime Minister Ehud Olmert as he struggles to swim against a current of corruption charges, jockeying for who can make the most belligerent threats against Iran.

Is the Bush White House talking itself into attacking Iran as its moral duty to save the world from Iran?

No, they are being directed to do so by their Zionist masters!

Condoleezza Rice's State Department is hoping for a diplomatic solution, and Robert Gates, at Defense, is not the attack dog that his predecessor, Donald Rumsfeld, was. For the moment they seem to have Bush's ear.

What DISINFO GARBAGE! And that's not the last of it!

But although our supernationalist vice president, Dick Cheney, may not wield the influence he did in Bush's first term, he retains his unshakable belief in the use of force. And Bush retains his messianic streak.

Or has the attack torch been passed to Israel?

So now you know, readers.

A year ago Olmert was urging Bush to attack Iran before he left office. But that became politically less marketable once US intelligence declared that Iran had given up its bomb making. It is said that Bush gave the green light for Israel to do whatever it thought necessary when he visited Israel recently.

See?!

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran bears much responsibility for this state of affairs with his outrageous statements saying that Israel should be wiped from the face of the map.

Yeah, except HE DIDN'T SAY THAT!!!

And how come Ms. Hiltery isn't held accountable for HER TERRORIST REMARK of "OBLITERATION," huh?

Well, when it is a ZIONIST-CONTROLLED ENTITY....

Ahmadinejad is losing popularity as he mismanages Iran's economy, and upcoming elections could do him damage.

Why would that matter to a dictator that is worse than Hitler, huh?

I'm tired of the propaganda shit-shovel, folks, I really am!

Nothing would guarantee a return of his popularity more than an American or Israeli bombing run.

Not that it would be a war crime or anything.... sigh!

Nor is it believed that a strike on Iran would do anything more than set bomb making back a year or two. Iran's nuclear laboratories are buried deep, and no one knows exactly where they are. An attack would guarantee an eventual Iranian bomb.

Then why you acting and talking like they ALREADY GOT ONE, asshole?

Also, the capacity of Iran to hurt US interests in the Middle East is considerable, threatening the free flow of petroleum. We would also reinforce the widespread belief that we are the forever enemies of all Islam, Shi'ite and Sunni.

That doesn't need any reinforcement; the Muslims can see that quite well, and they know who we are working for.

The United States struggles to blame every wrong in Iraq on the mysterious, hidden hand of Iran. When a bomb killed 63 people in a Shi'ite neighborhood of Baghdad, the US blamed it on a renegade Shi'ite, claiming that the motive for killing his own people was to stir up trouble with the Sunnis. Perhaps it is true, but then again perhaps it is not, and, as usual in these cases, the US offered little in the way of proof. Indeed, time after time when the US accuses Iran of this or that mischief in Iraq there is seldom proof.

Iran certainly has its own interests in Iraq, and feels threatened by American troops on two frontiers. My guess is that Iran will go back to making a nuclear weapon. The threats against the Iranian state would almost demand it from Iran's point of view.

Yeah, so WHAT is SO HARD to UNDERSTAND?!

But he still has to shovel the accepted (yet false) idea that Iran is building a bomb!

Yes, it is hard to understand others when you are filtering it through a Zionist shit screen.

However, the Iranians are an ancient and sophisticated people. They know that Israel has a couple of hundred nuclear weapons. There is a strong deterrence against Iran ever using a nuclear weapon aggressively.

Then WTF?!

By the way, HOW did Israel get their bomb?

Oh, they
STOLE IT FROM US, huh?

But they would give it to terrorists, goes the argument.

Why?

And here we come to the biggest irony of all. Last week we learned that Pakistan's rogue nuclear exporters, originally under the direction of the father of Pakistan's bomb, Abdul Qadeer Khan, have spread digitized blueprints for a small, compact, easy-to-hide atomic bomb to computers around the world. It was Pakistan's democratically elected leaders who got Pakistan into the nuclear export business, trading bomb technology for long range missiles with North Korea. Libya and Iran, too, were beneficiaries of Pakistan's nuclear largesse.

Scientists agree that Iran is some years away from a bomb. Meanwhile, blueprints for the very type of bomb terrorists would most want spew forth from our ally Pakistan while we obsess about Iran.

What's wrong with this picture?"

So we should be invading... Pakistan, H.D.S.?

Gotta invade SOMEBODY, right?
