The Racist Boston Globe

Please tell me they didn't use the word "shadow" to describe what Obama did.

Pfffffttt!!!!

"Candidate shadows nurse during hospital rounds

Barack Obama returned to a campaign staple yesterday to show he is in touch with average Americans - he walked nearly 90 minutes in one's shoes.

On the second day of his economy-focused tour of battleground states, he shadowed a nurse on her rounds at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

They couldn't have said accompanied? Or followed?

Why choose THAT PARTICULAR WORD, readers?

Subtle racism, isn't it?

According to a press pool report, Obama showed up at 7 a.m. at the hospital's cardiac unit and peppered nurse Kate Marzluf, 26, with questions about patient medical charts and vital sign monitors, about safely dispensing medicines, and about whether hospital food has improved.

As the nurse talked about the morning's procedures, Obama said some of it "makes me faint just to think about it. You're not drawing any blood, are you?"

I kind of like him; at least he does have a sense of humor and is trying to connect with people -- unlike the TOTALLY FAKE McCain (hee-hee-hee)!

Visiting with several patients, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee talked to Raymond Bisher, 52, a former police officer from St. John, Mo., who noted that his blood pressure on the monitor appeared high.

"When reporters are around me, my blood pressure goes up too," Obama said (Boston Globe June 11 2008)."

Ha-ha-ha-ha!!

That won't help him with the press, but I FULLY UNDERSTAND the PHENOMENA!!!!

And I like his sense of humor, too!!!!
