"Canada: Trade Surplus Rises 78%"

At guess who's expense?

"Canada’s trade surplus rose 78 percent in February despite strength in the Canadian dollar. Economists said that performance might not be maintained but still indicated economic strength. Statistics Canada said the surplus rose to 4.94 billion Canadian dollars ($4.86 billion) in February from 2.78 billion Canadian dollars in January. It was the biggest monthly surplus since May 2007 and the largest rise since June 2004. All of the gain came in trade with the United States. Exports rose to 39.32 Canadian billion dollars, from 37.88 billion in January. Two-thirds of the increase was in automobiles and energy. Imports fell to 34.39 billion Canadian dollars, from 35.10 billion in January."
