Airstrikes, Tankfire, Gunfire, Dead Kids

Guess what area of the earth I'm talking about...

"Israeli Incursion in Gaza Kills 5"

You gotta love the
NYT !

An "incursion!"

"At least five Palestinians were killed by Israeli tank and gun fire in central Gaza on Friday, two of them boys ages 12 and 13, local Palestinian hospital officials said....

Israeli forces entered the area east of the Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza in the early hours of Friday morning....

An Israeli Army spokeswoman, speaking on condition of anonymity under army rules, said that the soldiers came under heavy mortar and sniper fire and clashed with local gunmen. She said she had no information about the youths having been killed, but that if children were in the area of the clashes, they would have been at risk.

A medical official at the Aksa Martyrs’ Hospital in central Gaza said that 18 civilians and 2 fighters were among the wounded.

Earlier Friday, two Hamas militants were killed in a pre-dawn Israeli air strike in southern Gaza, the Islamic group said....

Israel holds Hamas responsible for the attack, since it controls Gaza, although three smaller groups claimed joint responsibility.

Yeah, blame Hamas even though they are not responsible.

I'm going to hold George Bush responsible for every gun death in America, how's that?!

Prime Minister Ehud Olmert told a gathering of his supporters on Thursday that Hamas “will not be able to continue to act against Israel’s citizens as it acts today.” He refused to elaborate on the cryptic threat but added that, “the State of Israel will stand behind the things that I said.”

I think we all understand what that means: Look out below, Gazans!

Also Friday, United Nations officials said that most of the roadblocks recently removed by Israel in the West Bank, in line with promises made to Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice, were of minimal or no significance to Palestinians in terms of improving their ability to move around....

Israel never keeps their "promises."

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, which closely tracks movement and access for Palestinians, said that Israel said it had removed 61 obstacles in early April, out of more than 500 that dot the West Bank.

Of those, the United Nations agency said, 9 removals had a “minimal effect,” meaning that access had opened up for a very limited number of individuals, such as one family, to a small piece of land; 17 were earth mounds whose removal had “no significance,” either because they were in a closed military area that Palestinians were unable to enter or because an alternative route was available nearby; and 13 were removed in “questionable circumstances,” with local Palestinians saying the obstacles had been put up immediately before being removed.

The agency’s analysis was based on field work, according to information provided by the Israelis. At 11 of the sites, the agency said, there was no evidence of an earth mound or of its removal. Field workers identified only 5 obstacles from the agency’s own maps that had been removed, and 5 more that had been removed and then put back. They also identified one new obstacle in the course of their work....

It's what is known as the Zionist sleight-of-hand!

How do you react when someone keeps fucking with you, readers?

And awright, why did the New York Times UNDER-REPORT the Palestinian DEATH TOLL?!?!

Sigh. Every frikkin' day!

"Eight Palestinians die in Israeli strike"

The Times told me five!

And yes, it matters!

Each Palestinian life is precious and a gift from God!

GAZA CITY - Israel struck hard in the Gaza Strip by land and air yesterday, trading fire with gunmen in fighting that killed eight Palestinians, including a 12-year-old boy, Palestinians said.

The deaths drove the Palestinian death toll in Israeli raids to 16 since a militant attack killed two Israeli civilians at a border fuel depot Wednesday. Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has pledged to keep hitting Hamas so that it cannot "continue to operate against Israeli civilians as it does."

Yeah, an 8-to-1 kill ratio, that's about what it has been the whole sixty years!

Tells you who the AGGRESSOR IS!

Gaza residents said the ground fighting appeared to be easing by yesterday evening, although there were still some Palestinian rockets, and Israeli helicopter fire that killed a Hamas fighter.

The day's violence started early yesterday when Israeli aircraft killed two Hamas militants in a strike near the southern Gaza town of Khan Younis, Hamas said. The Israeli military said the air force struck at gunmen near the Gaza-Israel border fence.

Around sunrise, troops crossed about a half-mile into central Gaza and battled militants just outside the Bureij refugee camp.

The boy who was shot to death was among eight civilians and militants killed in the fighting. Six other Palestinians were wounded during the fierce exchange of fire, Palestinian medics said.

Later in the day, in the same area, Israeli forces fired at a group of Palestinian militants who took up positions near a farm. The soldiers killed four people and wounded several, including children, witnesses and doctors said. It was unclear how many of the casualties were combatants and how many were civilians.

The army said troops were involved in heavy fighting during the day but a spokeswoman did not know about the killing of a child.

Yeah, the place looks like it is exploding, and where is it on my T.V. screen?

Pfffffffftttt!

And it is not on the front page of this AmeriKan shit sheet, either!

In a separate development yesterday, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice criticized former President Carter for his reported plans to meet the exiled leader of Hamas during a visit to Syria.

So did Obama yesterday. That's why there are no politics posts.

I'm tired of those shit-fooley liars!

Carter has not confirmed the plans to meet Khaled Mashaal, but Hamas has said the former Democratic president sent an envoy to Damascus requesting a meeting with the militant group's officials.

"I find it hard to understand what is going to be gained by having discussions with Hamas about peace when Hamas is, in fact, the impediment to peace," Rice said.... "

Oh, she is just disgusting with those kinds of statements!!

Hey, toots', the WHOLE WORLD KNOWS ISRAEL is the INTRANSIGENT WAR CRIMINALS on this, no matter what blather comes out your mouth!!!
