Israel Report

As opposed to posting longer quotes of links, let's post some extracts and make you go the the sites yourself -- perhaps you will see other things that peak your curiosity.

What I wonder is when did my blog become mostly about Israel and Palestine?

When I started, I wanted to keep the Republicans from stealing the 2006 election, get 9/11 truth out and protest Iraq!

WTF happened?

Seems like a lifetime ago now.

"Israel policies deserve condemnation"

"the excellent and informative film Occupation 101."

Watch
it, readers!

"Our reign of terror, by the Israeli army"

".... Palestinian vehicles are stopped for no good reason, the windows smashed and the occupants beaten up for talking back – for saying, for example, they are on the way to hospital; the theft of tobacco from a Palestinian shopkeeper who is then beaten "to a pulp" when he complains; the throwing of stun grenades through the windows of mosques as people prayed. And worse.... "

"Ethnic Cleansing A Success! Congratulations Israel on Your 60th!"

".... such mobilisation will soon be unnecessary because this part of Hebron, subject to ethnic and religious cleansing, will soon have no Arab residents.... "

"Between games and propaganda: the removal of checkpoints and roadblocks in the West Bank"

".... only 44 roadblocks had been removed, well short of the promised 61. According to OCHA, 6 more of the roadblocks on Barak’s list have been left in place. The remaining 11 simply never existed.

A close examination of the 44 roadblocks which existed and were removed reveals that most of them had no implications whatsoever for Palestinians’ freedom of movement...."

Frikkin Zionist games!!!

No wonder people get so pissed at them!

And this last blog post is frightening!

"Call me suspicious. Bound bodies found floating in a lake just don't seem to me very likely to be the victims of suicide"

"A friend of mine, Austin middle-school teacher and pro-Palestinian activist Riad (also spelled Riadh) Hamad, was found gagged & bound in a lake. His death was declared by the local police to be a "suicide."

With both his wrists slashed and his eyes taped over, too,
I heard.

Stinks!
