In order to defeat Bush, Russia helped fund the election of a new government in Poland that is friendlier to Russia. The previous regime was infested with Jews. It was radically Pro-Israel, and radically anti-Russia. (Polish Jews are so tight with Washington Jews that Europeans call both groups "neo-cons.")
The new regime, led by Prime Minister Donald Tusk, is much more pro-Russia. Poland's new foreign minister, Radoslaw Sikorski, has spoken warmly about Russian compromise proposals that would eliminate U.S. missiles in Poland. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stressed his warm welcome for Sikorski's remarks.
Average people in Poland don't want the U.S. missiles. Average people in the Czech republic don't want the radar. Since the new Polish government does not want the missiles, there's a good chance the USA will not be allowed to install missiles in Poland at all.
Therefore it's back to square one for the Pentagon's Missile Defense Agency (MDA), a parasitic organization that has sucked $10 billion in funding so far, and not come close to producing a workable defense missile.
