Trent Lott's Last Gig

Live, from the SENATE BATHROOM on Capitol Hill!!!!

"One senator who is leaving for the holidays and not coming back is Trent Lott, Republican of Mississippi, who retired on Tuesday night. Mr. Lott was celebrated in numerous speeches by senators, with one of the most personal and affectionate from Larry E. Craig, Republican of Idaho.

Lott keeps good company, huh, readers?

Mr. Craig said of Mr. Lott, recalling how they and two former senators, Jim Jeffords of Vermont and John Ashcroft of Missouri, formed a singing group that performed all over the country and even recorded an album for charity:

It was not until both of us left the House and came to the Senate that we developed a different kind of relationship and friendship that, frankly, most senators don’t have the opportunity to do. Trent Lott. A great senator from Mississippi and a guy with a pretty good bass voice.”

Amongst many other hidden talents, I hear, Larr!!!!!

Here is the
REAL REASON Lott is leaving!
