The Forgotten War

You know where and you know why, readers:

"12 Killed in Pakistan Bombing" by SALMAN MASOOD

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan — Twelve soldiers were killed Monday when a suicide bomber detonated explosives near a sports field used by the Pakistani Army in Kohat, a garrison town in North-West Frontier Province, military officials said. Four other soldiers were wounded in the attack.

The soldiers belonged to the local soccer team. They were leaving the sports field after a match shortly after noon when the suicide bomber approached on foot on a public road, Maj. Gen. Waheed Arshad, the military spokesman in Rawalpindi, was quoted as saying by news agencies.

There were no immediate claims of responsibility for the attack, but the Pakistani Army has been battling extremists in the semiautonomous tribal areas straddling the border with Afghanistan, and in the Swat district of North-West Frontier Province.

The deadly attack shows the tenacity of militants as they consistently focus on military installations and personnel across Pakistan.

It took place just two days after President Pervez Musharraf announced that security forces had broken the back of the militants in Swat and that stability was returning.

Oh, you LIAR, Mushy!

The wounded were taken to a military hospital in Kohat, where some were said to be in critical condition. Security personnel cordoned off the area and did not allow police officers to enter, according to the local news media."

Now, WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT?

I just got a WAFT of an INSIDE JOB shit stink, readers!
