Israel Invaded!!!

Why didn't the N.Y. Times carry this?

"2 gunmen infiltrating from Gaza killed; Clashes between Israel, militants leave eight dead" by Nidal al-Mughrabi/Reuters August 26, 2007

GAZA CITY -- Two Palestinian gunmen climbed over Israel's wall on the Gaza border yesterday, attacked a military base, and made their way toward a civilian community before soldiers tracked them down and killed them.

[How could that happen when Gaza is shut down? Huh?]

In the occupied West Bank, an Israeli force disguised as Palestinians killed the local head of the Islamic Jihad group in Jenin, along with a bystander, Palestinian ambulance crews said.

[But black-ops shit doesn't exist, right?]

The events were part of a surge of weekend violence in which eight Palestinians were killed by Israeli troops. All but two -- a 13-year-old Israeli Arab boy visiting relatives in the West Bank and the bystander in Jenin -- were gunmen.

[Says the Israeli Army!]

Later yesterday, Gaza militants set off a roadside bomb at an Israeli Army vehicle on patrol along the border in the southern part of the strip, lightly wounding four soldiers. The armed wing of Islamist group Hamas, which in June seized control of the Gaza Strip after a bloody battle with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas's secular Fatah, claimed responsibility for the attack.

The Israeli Army said the two gunmen who crossed into Israel early yesterday morning used a ladder to scale the 25-foot concrete wall on the Gaza border and lowered themselves on the other side with a rope. Militant attacks on the Israeli border of Gaza are common, but yesterday's crossing was one of the few breaches of the heavily fortified wall.

[This doesn't make sense.

If the Palestinian attacks (usually by Fatah, mind you) were daily, they would be in the papers.

Yet Israel's occupying operations and incursions into Palestinian territories continues daily, yet no reports?

WTF is going on here?]

The infiltrators used the morning fog as cover as they made their way to the Israeli military's coordination office with the Palestinians at the Erez crossing point.

[The story gets sillier and sillier -- except for the dead Palestinians!]

An army officer who briefed reporters by phone said the gunmen fired automatic weapons and hurled grenades at a guard at the facility who shot back.

[So says the lying shitstink state!]

The suspects were forced toward the civilian community of Netiv Ha'asara, where soldiers killed them, said Major Tal Lev-Ram, who estimated that the two had penetrated 700 yards into Israel.

[WTF is wrong with the Israeli Army?

FORCED THEM into a CIVILIAN NEIGHBORHOOD?

Whadda STINK THIS IS!]

The Popular Resistance Committees, a militant group in Gaza, said one of its gunmen and another belonging to the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine were killed in a "martyrdom operation against the Zionist entity."

[Yeah, both Fatah groups!!! Pfffffttttt!]

The fighters had intended to enter Nativ Ha'asara, a spokesman for the group said. After the border was breached, the Israeli Army and police temporarily set up checkpoints and conducted searches while a helicopter flew overhead.

In a separate altercation yesterday, militants detonated a bomb near a border wall in southern Gaza, wounding four soldiers. Tensions have risen on the Gaza border since Hamas took over the strip. Israel, which considers Hamas a terrorist group, conducts frequent raids in Gaza to halt rocket attacks and to root out militants.

[Yeah, by ISRAELI-ALLIED FATAH!!!]

Israel's border wall has rarely been breached since it withdrew soldiers and settlers from the coastal territory in 2005.

In the West Bank city of Jenin, Israeli Army and militant sources identified the Islamic Jihad commander killed in the Israeli raid as Ala Abu Srour. The bystander wounded in the attack died at the hospital, officials said.

The army said the deaths occurred when the Israeli force opened fire on a car filled with suspected gunmen.

The army originally reported that troops had shot dead three militants, including Abu Srour, but it later said he was the only gunman killed.

[It's known as ASSASSINATION, folks.

Like supporting an assassinating shitstink state with billions of dollars, Amurkn?

And how about those Israeli lies, huh?]

Israel says raids against Palestinian militants help to foil attacks against its citizens. Palestinian leaders in the West Bank, where Abbas's Fatah movement holds sway, say such operations harm chances for peacemaking.

[Uh-huh!]

Israel recently stopped pursuing 178 wanted Fatah fighters in the West Bank in a bid to boost Abbas after the Islamist Hamas movement seized control of the Gaza Strip.

But it has carried on targeting Islamic Jihad, a group that has mounted numerous attacks against Israelis since the start of a Palestinian uprising in 2000.

Israeli soldiers crossed into Gaza on Friday and killed two Palestinian gunmen who had opened fire at them, the army said."

[Called ASSASSINATION by an OCCUPYING, INVASIVE and INTRUSIVE MASS-MURDERING, GENOCIDAL GOVERNMENT (that's you, Israel)!!]
