Memory Hole: Take Care, Sadr

(Updated: Originally published October 18, 2006)

This will be needed for an above post later.

The original article referred to a police shake-up in Iraq (wasn't Jones testifying to Congress last month with Puke-tray-us that they were still doing that? WTF?), but I will be quoting the relevant info I drew:

Apparently Malaki was "under intense American pressure to purge Iraq's security forces of the militias and death squads that operate within their ranks."

Except, of course, the ones we train and support, which just happens to be all of them!!!!

The reporting lets you know the coming plan.

The intensification of "security" is to be directed at one group -- the Mahdi Army.

Convenient for those who want to stay, right -- hopping from the "Al-CIA-Duh" threat to the Mahdi "threat?"

The Shi'ites know we are not their friends, hey!

Anyway, it's
"been a long-smoldering issue for the Americans, who faced two uprisings by the Shiite militia in April and August 2004, only to have Mr. Sadr escape outright defeat when Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani, the most powerful Shiite cleric in Iraq, intervened, allowing Mr. Sadr to keep large parts of his militia intact."

Yeah, these were the battles where the U.S. desecrated the holy grave yards of Najaf.

And why not? They've already desecrated Babylon.

Anyhow, these Mahdi fighters were in there believing Allah was guiding the bullets, running circles around American forces.

That's why they started plowing graves.

Are those ghost haunting us now, readers?

But that doesn't matter.

What matters is what we are told, and we are told that:

"the American military has shifted to a campaign of attrition against the Sadr forces. There have been a series of raids in recent months... Reflecting the political sensitivities involved, the American forces, in announcing there raids, have studiously avoided any references to Mr. Sadr and the Mahdi Army. [And that] Mr. Sadr's militia is at the forefront of the sectarian killings carried out by the Shiites this weekend, when armed men... wearing black clothing, typical for Mahdi fighters... [And BLACKWATER GUNMEN!!!!] Some of the men dressed in Iraqi Army uniforms. Soldiers were also among them."

LET me tell you something: when you hear the codewords "typical hallmarks" of whoever, that is a signal that the whole endeavor is a black-op prop job.

Hey, don't believe me, do your own research.

Anyhow, the end game is described in one small, small sentence buried in the middle of the piece:

"American commanders have contended that the Mahdi Army will eventually have to be crushed if Iraq is to achieve lasting stability."

CLEAR on the GOAL now, America?!

Can you see past the blather and rhetoric now?

Understand why Shiites feel threatened by us now?

Despite the LIP SERVICE, the Shiites are well aware of what USrael has planned for them.

So after we dispatch of "Al-CIA-Duh," we will have to stay to take on the Mahdi, right?

Nice to have ENDLESS ENEMIES, 'eh, Amurkn public?

And this was ONE YEAR AGO, readers!!!!!
