I'm anti-death penalty, so this is a tragic case.

Ron Paul makes a good point:
"The courts legislate and allow abortion to be done a minute before birth, and I can get paid for doing one of those, yet a girl, because she throws her baby away, we arrest her for murder. There's something awfully inconsistent about that."
When did America become AmeriKa, readers?
This doesn't excuse what the woman did; however, if an abortion doc had reached up and in, would we call it murder?
That's why I call AmeriKa a Culture of Death.
And how is putting this lady to death going to help anything?
Satisfy someone's bloodlust for revenge?
How is that going to make this world less violent?
