Memory Hole: Afghanistan Reminders

(Updated: Originally published October 29, 2006)

While Afghanistan coverage fades in distortions in the wake of NATO's slaughter of civilians, a neat reminder 0f what really of what happened in 2002.

"The worst previous reported incident of civilians deaths from foreign military action in Afghanistan came in July 2002, when a US airstrike in Uruzgan Province killed 46 civilians and wounded 117, many of them celebrating at a wedding (Boston Globe October 29, 2006)."

So that is 2002.

Here was a report from 2006 in a brief quote from the NYT:

It mentions a "Haji Abdullah Shah, a 75-year-old man who lost all 19 members of his extended family in the NATO bombing late on Tuesday.

Afghan President Hamid Kharzai, adding that just one of Mr. Shah's sons survived:

"Yesterday afternoon I talked with an elder, Haji Abdullah Shah. Three other families also lost most members on the bombardment."

And that was last year!

Here is today's report!

"
US-led coalition forces kill 80 Taliban fighters "

How little things have changed, and if they have it is FOR the WORST!!!!

My apologies, beautiful Afghanis, for my failure to stop this mass-murdering failure leading my government!

All based on a
9/11 LIE!!!

THEY NEVER EVEN DID ANYTHING TO US!!!!!!!
