"Fire engulfed a 43-story tower under construction in Atlantic City at the tony Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa yesterday, authorities said.
The blaze began between 7:30 and 8 a.m. and could be seen up and down the outside of the building, according to Vincent Jones, director of Atlantic County's office of emergency management.
The fire was contained before 10 a.m., Jones said.
There were no reports of any injuries or structural damage to the building, but television news reports showed numerous floors with fire damage.
Investigators were still trying to figure out what caused the massive blaze."
It burned longer than the South Tower, so why didn't it collapse?
