Occupation Iraq: Insurgent Oil Co.

Remember when they told us that Iraq's oil would pay for the war?

That was about $3 TRILLION dollars ago!!!

Of course, U.S. oil firms aren't ripping of the Iraqis in any way shape or form, I'm sure.

Makes you wonder just who is helping them pump the stuff and where it is being exported to, don't it?

"The sea of oil under Iraq is supposed to rebuild the nation, then make it prosper. But at least one-third, and possibly much more, of the fuel from Iraq’s largest refinery here is diverted to the black market, according to American military officials. Tankers are hijacked, drivers are bribed, papers are forged and meters are manipulated — and some of the earnings go to insurgents who are still killing more than 100 Iraqis a week....

100 a WEEK? And yet we hardly hear about it here in AmeriKa!

The money feeds an insurgency that is constantly adapting, and information about its exact composition and organization has continued to elude the Americans."

One day they know all about how these guys operate, the next day they don't know shit.

Was this all worth it, America?

Were all the lies, bloodshed and death worth THIS?

Oh, yeah, about those "insurgents" they can never get a handle on:
