Attorney General Martha Coakley renewed her warning to consumers to contact their bank or payment-card issuer if they paid with plastic at a Hannaford Bros. supermarket between Dec. 7 and March 10, after the Maine company disclosed a data breach. Those shoppers "should assume that their credit or debit card numbers have been compromised," Coakley said. Hannaford hasn't given many details of the breach, but has said it doesn't believe names or addresses were compromised as part of the intrusion."
