Money Well Spent

I rage and rail at government waste, especially since my home state of Massachusetts is the looting champ; however, I view this as worthy budget item!!!

"San Francisco mayor says the name change from Oceanside to George W. Bush Sewage Treatment Plant would cost the city about $50,000 to print new business cards, stationery, brochures, signage, etc."

Then MAKE an OUTLAY in the BUDGET for it!!!

What's the problem?
