Mitt Romney Admires Bird-Murderer Bush

He's the link from the below post, folks.

"

Where George W. Bush Gets His Mass-Murdering Tendancies

I also view this "news" item as MORE POLITICAL BULLSHIT!!

McCain is a FOOL if he names Romney as VP. Does he want all that MORMON BAGGAGE?

Romney is a fool for thinking he's got a shot, too! Of course, he HAS RECEIVED the GLOBALISTS' STAMP of APPROVAL!!!!

"For Romney, now's the time to sweat" by Peter S. Canellos, Globe Staff | July 22, 2008

WASHINGTON - John McCain's running mate.... As it happens, Romney's chances are looking better and better.

Romney has seemed, at times, to be modeling himself on the political figure he most resembles and admires - George H. W. Bush.

Both had fathers who were successful politicians. Both ran for office as much out of a sense of legacy and service than to advance any particular issue. Both had amassed moderate records when they ran for president for the first time. Both sought to reject and transcend their Northeastern pedigrees. Both tried to convey passion by being surprisingly sharp attackers. And when the race was over, and they had finished second, both had to backpedal furiously to convince their parties they were team players.

Nonetheless, both were also natural partners for older nominees who needed to reassure voters by having a running mate who could step into the presidency at a moment's notice.

Bush narrowly succeeded. In one of those decisions that loom far larger in history than at the time, Ronald Reagan failed to lure Gerald Ford onto the ticket and turned to Bush as a second choice. The decision not only paved the way for Bush's own presidency but also opened the door for his son. At the time, George W. Bush had just turned 34, just around the ages of Romney's five sons.

Typically, vice presidential selections play only a limited role in an election. Even the best choices haven't been able to deliver the presidency; the worst choices haven't necessarily prevented the ticket from winning.

You mean, like Dan Quayle, Pete?

Hey, Pete, does the old man's flaccid dick gag you when you are pipe-smoking it?

But vice presidential decisions have enormous importance for the individuals who are chosen and for future elections. Romney is awaiting the tap on the shoulder that could change the course of history, his, his family's, and the country's.
