LAHORE, Pakistan - .... While two opposition parties have won enough seats to form a new government, they will probably fall short of the two-thirds majority needed to impeach the president....

So far, Bhutto and Sharif's parties have garnered 154 of the 268 contested seats, with just six results still to be announced, the Associated Press reported. The new government is expected to be installed by mid-March."

They needed about 180 to impeach.
