Yesterday, an Israeli aircraft fired at a Palestinian squad firing mortar shells into Israel, the military said. Hamas and hospital officials reported two dead and one wounded from the strike.
The Israeli military said soldiers also shot and killed two Palestinians who approached Israel's border with Gaza."
And the NYT on the same events (last paragraphs, of course):
"Along the Israel-Gaza border, three Palestinian militants were killed by Israeli fire on Monday.
One member of the Hamas military wing was killed and four were wounded in an Israeli airstrike after members of the group fired three mortar shells and a rocket at Israel, Hamas said in a statement.
Later, two armed Palestinians were shot by Israeli ground forces as the Palestinians tried to set an explosive device along the border fence, an army spokeswoman said."
And yet it all goes by without a peep from Bush!!!!

"Nablus – Ma'an – Israeli soldiers disguised as veiled Muslim women broke into the home of Jamal Hadaydah, the director of the Palestinian Legislative Council's office in Tulkarem refugee camp in the northern West Bank on Monday morning.
Hadaydah fled from the undercover Israeli troops, who fired five shots at his feet before detaining him and his wife.
