Is it Murder or Isn't It?

When it is a doctor, no. When it is a regular person, yes!

"Wisconsin: Man Charged in Miscarriages"

The authorities charged a married man with slipping his girlfriend an abortion drug that caused her to miscarry twice. The man, Manishkumar M. Patel, 34, of Appleton, was charged with seven felonies and two misdemeanors, including attempted first-degree murder of an unborn child, stalking, burglary and two counts of violating a restraining order. Mr. Patel and his girlfriend, Darshana Patel, a 39-year-old family physician, have a 3-year-old child together, the authorities said. They are not related, and he is married to someone else (AP)."

Now look!

Either the fetus is a protected life worthy of a murder charge, or it isn't!

Now I know there are extenuating circumstances in these cases, but the ground-level assumption must be the same!

Either the baby inside the woman is a life-form or it isn't!

If it is, then abortion is murder!

If not, then drop the murder charges here!

Just quit apply double-standards!

For the record, I'm pro-life, whatever that means!

I'm also anti-death penalty!

To me, it means valuing every single scrap of life on this planet, since there is already TOO MUCH KILLING and DESTRUCTION!
