"Rice assures Israel and urges "bold" peace moves" by Sue Pleming and Alastair Macdonald/Reuters November 4, 2007
JERUSALEM - Condoleezza Rice, the U.S. Secretary of State, in Jerusalem to negotiate on a planned peace conference, assured Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert the United States was committed to ensuring Israel's survival."
Who said it was threatened, other than the lying Neo-Con war nutties?
Olmert must have approved the text.
Rice, in a speech to an audience that included Olmert:
"All Israelis should be confident that America is fully behind you, that we are fully committed to your security."
So, if you hit Iran, WE'RE IN! Well, FUCK THAT!!!
Israel wants to start a war -- and that includes any false-flag attacks blamed on Iran -- then LET HER FIGHT IT!
LEAVE AMERICA OUT OF IT!!!!!
Earlier, on Rice's eighth visit in a year -- and third in six weeks -- to the region, Israel's chief negotiator told her the situation was "more complicated than ever."
Already making excuses!
Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni told reporters as Rice stood at her side:
"They need to understand that the implementation of future understandings would be implemented only according to the phases of the road map -- the meaning is security for Israel first and then the establishment of a Palestinian state."
And, since Israel can never be "secure," then, itso-facto, no Palestinian state.
By that time, Israel should have cleansed them!
Olmert, speaking later at the same event as Rice: "We have reasons to delay."
How's that NaZionist fart mist smell, Condi? Right-in--yo-face!
Several hundred torch-bearing demonstrators marched nearby to protest at his apparent readiness to discuss dividing Jerusalem between the two states. Some said they opposed any Arab state on land they believed was given to the Jews by God.
Oh, so that's who these guys were -- the NaZionist crazies!
"Olmert Backs Mideast Peace Conference" by HELENE COOPER
JERUSALEM, Nov. 4 — Some foreign policy experts said that with his strong statement on Sunday, Mr. Olmert had burned his bridges with the conservative hawks within the Israeli political establishment....
A senior Israeli official said there remained deep concern in Israel that Ms. Rice was pushing Israelis too hard and too fast, risking a collapse of the talks before they really got going.
And CUI BONO?
Ms. Rice, during a round table with reporters before Mr. Olmert’s speech, took issue with skeptics...
Rice, in a rare detour into personal reflection: “So, with all due respect, I’ll do it my way.”
A detour into reflection, and a talkng back at the massa!!!
I wouldn't be surprised to see something derail this thing, and CUI BONO?
Who has "reasons to delay?"
