The Immigrant Business

Just another among the various reasons why this crap is allowed -- the North American Union plan being foremost among them.

This article puts the lie to "terrorists" and all the rest of the blather

"Immigrant smugglers rely on help from businesses" by Jacques Billeaud/Associated Press | November 23, 2007

PHOENIX - Smugglers who bring illegal immigrants into the United States are getting crucial help from seemingly legitimate businesses that supply them with cars, lodging, plane tickets, and other services, knowing full well what's going on.

The accomplices have included landlords and rental agents who provide homes for smugglers to hide immigrants; taxi drivers near the border who bring immigrants to the closest cities; used-car dealerships that let smugglers register vehicles under false names; and travel agencies that sell blocks of plane tickets for immigrants.

Terry Goddard, the Arizona attorney general, whose office has prosecuted such cases:

"At every stage along the way, a process has been taken over, corrupted, in order to facilitate the transportation [of illegal immigrants]."

They can't control this, but they need totalitarian powers to spy on everyone!

I am so sick of being lied to by this government and MSM!

Authorities are unable to estimate the number of businesses helping smugglers but say the biggest concentration is in Arizona, the busiest illegal gateway into the United States. Immigrant smuggling in Arizona is believed to be a $1.7 billion-a-year business.

Well, if it's big business -- legal or illegal -- then it's AmeriKa!

Businesses also are cooperating with smugglers in San Diego, Los Angeles, Houston, San Antonio and El Paso.

Immigration agents said some of these accomplices are criminal operations through and through. But others are legitimate businesses willing to break the law now and then for the extra money.

All about the $$$$, huh? Pffffffftttt!

Authorities have prosecuted only a modest number of businesses, saying smuggling operations are often family-run and difficult to infiltrate with informants or undercover officers. Also, recorded conversations are needed to prove that businesses knew they were breaking the law.

Makes you wonder how they so easily infiltrate the "terrorist" plots, huh?

Figure those guys would be just as closed to people, no?

Something a-STINKIN' about the "war on terror," folks!

Alonzo Pena, chief of investigations for US Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Arizona:

"[The businesses] are willfully blind to what on the face should be obvious, but we can't convict someone for willful blindness. We have to show an actual element of knowledge or intent."

Isn't that what they convicted Moussawi on?

Didn't give up the plot?

I don't believe in the AmeriKan government and their arbitrary definition of "justice," so what this guy said means nothing to me.

Just more newspeak!
