The Envy of the Survivors

"Letter from Gaza: Sometimes the dead are envied

Posted by Mazin Qumsiyeh in Untagged

It was not possible to sleep here for two nights now. The events and the images of death and carnage of children, of policemen, of people that look like my mother and my son and my sister and my friends were simply too much.

Gaza has run out of stretchers and many are now carried to hospitals (which are running out of supplies) and morgues on commercial street signs, in blankets or simply by their limp limbs. Three mosques were destroyed. I recalled the Israeli attacks on the Church of Nativity which was minor compared to this.

I was watching Israel shell the University in Gaza city including its faculty of science and a residence dorm for female students and was thinking of my university and my lab and office at Bethlehem University. I was then shocked into more horrific scenes and news. In one house five young sisters killed. In another six family members including four children killed while eating breakfast. In a scene that haunted me where four children were killed with their mother, I saw rescue workers try frantically to pull the remaining surviving girl whose legs were crushed under a huge boulder from the roof. As some of them were calming her down and working hard, just next to them other workers pulled the dead body of her sister (looked like 3-4 year old). They quickly covered her but I think her sister noticed. Sometimes the dead are envied for their suffering has ended. Her suffering is just beginnig. I thought of all the thousands of relatives of all the victims and how they feel…..I thought of friends I lost and talks with people in Gaza...I thought of my mother who at 76 has seen so much suffering and still she cried at the new images of new atrocities…

My heart aches and struggles with my scientist brain. The latter wants to focus on facts and figures. The attack in its second day was in the words of Israeli leaders “the beginning” and is intended “to send Gaza back decades”. So far over 300 were killed and over 1000 injured (200 of those critically), 35% women, children and elderly. I examine numbers of homes, police stations, civil society building destroyed. I read the Al Mezan Center for human rights which rationally states that most Gaza victims are civilians 1. But even my rational mind refuses to deal with these things. How could it handle just that one image of the young girl’s anguished pained look under the rubble of her house and so tears stream down again to to try to wash the image to no avail…..How could my mind examine rationally the statements of “leaders” saying this carnage is not the fault of the bombers and war criminals, but of Hamas!

Protests were organized around the world and more are being planned 2. The demonstrations helped vent some frustration and we hope will herald a reawakening of the heart of humanity that has been sputtering. But we hope it will go much farther to changing the rotted system of elites in power ignoring people’s rights for political expediency and for profit.

In the Bethlehem demonstration, we pounded on the permanently closed gate of the apartheid wall with deafening sound and the soldiers in the tower started to through stun grenades and tear gas. Injuries were sustained for activists....Our lungs still ache but our hearts ache more for the criminality of the apartheid regime, and the collaboration of the world governments. The Israeli occupation army killed two protesters with live ammunition in other parts of the West Bank 3.

Can someone asks western media or the Wetsern governments ruled by elite racists who keep spouting the nonsense about "Hamas" and "rockets" (projectiles that are militarily of little use and have no explosives, killed one person this year), why targeting civilian police stations, mosques, homes with children, ports, fishing vessels, streets, and more in one of the most densely populated areas on earth murdering hundreds of civilians would be an acceptable action (I don’t say response because Israel was killing people and massacring them for 60 years before)? And what would they expect from a starving 1.5 million people to do? Especially when one million of those are refugees or displaced people denied their rights to return to their homes and lands for 60 years while settlers live across the borders on their lands in areas like “Sderot” and “Netviot”? Would they not expect some resistance from some of those? Isn’t that codified in International law for the right of occupied people to resist including violently? (note that I personally support civil forms of resistance). Even if one buys the US/Israeli government propaganda, would it be acceptable to bomb cities in Europe and the US for any perceived or actual crime of a portion of their society or even their leaders (Bush and Blair in Iraq?)?

But again I think it is not best for me to try and reason things through in such times of calamities and little sleep. I got so many letters of support but please redirect your letters and energies elsewhere. Redirect them to challenge the injustice directly 4. Jesus made a statement directly relevant for us today:

"You are the earth's salt. But if the salt should become tasteless, what can make it salt again? It is completely useless and can only be thrown out of doors and stamped under foot. You are the world's light - it is impossible to hide a town built on the top of a hill. Men do not light a lamp and put it under a bucket. They put it on a lamp-stand and it gives light for everybody in the house.”

It is thus the time when people who claim they want peace and justice to stop talking about it and actually work for it. Put your lamp higher. It is time for real change...It is time for a world Intifada (uprising against injustice). It is time to do something concrete (like throwing our shoes at someone?)

Israel’s Lie Machine is Working Flat Out

"Israel’s Lie Machine is Working Flat Out

The core issue in this struggle is the illegality of Israel’s brutal occupation. Israel goes to great lengths to avoid and suppress all mention of it and play-acts the pathetic victim, notes Stuart Littlewood.

While the murderous assault on Gaza continues, I notice there's a briefing document on the website of the Israeli Embassy in London which has a lie in every line. The West's mainstream media repeat them, and even the most senior TV and radio interviewers don’t bother to challenge them.

The document is a transcript of Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni's statement to the Israeli press dated 27 December 2008 – a day that will live in infamy. It is a perfect example of the falsehoods used to dupe not only us westerners but Israel’s own people. The statement shows how the regime's view of itself is constructed on a web of dishonesty and self-delusion.

For example:

"Israeli citizens have been under the threat of daily attack from Gaza for years."

Palestinians have been under harsh Israeli occupation for 60 years.

"Only this week hundreds of missiles and mortars shells were fired at Israeli civilian communities."

Only one in 500 Qassam rockets causes a fatality. How many thousands of Israeli bombs, missiles, rockets, grenades and tank-shells have been blasted into the crowded city and towns of the Gaza Strip by Israel’s high-tech weaponry?

"Until now we have shown restraint. But today there is no other option than a military operation."

The only legitimate option for Israel is to end the occupation and withdraw behind its 1967 border, as required under international law and UN resolution. Israel has been killing Palestinians at the rate of 8 to 1 since 2000, and children at the rate of nearly 12 to 1 (B’Tselem figures). This is somebody’s idea of restraint?

"We need to protect our citizens from attack through a military response against the terror infrastructure in Gaza."

Self defence is not a right exclusive to Israel. Palestinians have an equal right to protect their citizens from the terror tactics of Israel.

"Israel left Gaza in order to create an opportunity for peace."

Israel never left Gaza. It still occupies Gaza's airspace and coastal waters and controls all entrances and exits.

"In return, the Hamas terror organization took control of Gaza and is using its citizens as cover while it deliberately targets Israeli communities and denies any chance for peace."

Hamas was voted into power as the legitimate government of Palestine. Israel chose not to accept the people's choice, which amounted to a denial of their human rights, and immediately set about obliterating it.

"We have tried everything to reach calm without using force. We agreed to a truce through Egypt that was violated by Hamas, which continued to target Israel, hold Gilad Shalit and build up its arms."

Try talking. The Israelis' ongoing siege and economic blockade, begun shortly after Hamas was elected early in 2006, was never going to generate calm. And why is Shalit considered more important than the 9,000 Palestinians abducted and held prisoner by Israel? As soon as a Hamas government was formed Israeli troops arrested 8 Hamas ministers and 20 other parliamentarians, making the work of government impossible.

"Israel continues to act to prevent humanitarian crisis and to minimize harm to Palestinian civilians."

Every agency operating in Gaza has warned of the deepening humanitarian crisis and protested about the starvation and suffering, especially of children many of whom show evidence of stunted growth.

"The responsibility for harm to civilians lies with Hamas."

Not according to the Fourth Geneva Convention.

"Hamas is a terrorist organization, supported by Iran, that does not represent the legitimate national interests of the Palestinian people but a radical Islamist agenda that seeks to deny peace for the peoples of this region."

Hamas was the popular choice of Palestinians at the last election. It is entitled under international law to take up arms against an illegal occupier and invader. If it is supported by Iran, so what? Israel receives mega-support from the US. When it comes to terror, it is Israel's conduct which fits the US definition of terrorism so perfectly - see Bush's Executive Order 13224, Section 3 - http://www.treas.gov/offices/enforcement/ofac/programs/terror/terror.pdf

"While confronting Hamas, Israel continues to believe in the two State solution and remains committed to negotiations with the legitimate Palestinian Authority in the context of the peace process, launched at Annapolis."

Israel is busy establishing irreversible facts on the ground that make a viable Palestinian state impossible. As everyone knows, the regime has reneged on the peace process and carries on building illegal settlements and the illegal Wall, and demolishing Palestinian homes. Months ago Hamas accepted a Palestinian state based on internationally recognized (pre-1967) borders, in accordance with UN resolutions, with full sovereignty and its capital in Jerusalem, but this has been ignored. Hamas also offered a 10-year truce, also ignored. Earlier, Arafat and the PLO recognized the State of Israel in the Oslo agreement but what good did it do? Today’s US-backed, Fatah-controlled Palestinian Authority is not representative of the Palestinian people.

"Israel expects the support and understanding of the international community, as it confronts terror, and advances the interest of all those who wish the forces of peace and co existence to determine the agenda of this region."

Israel, next to the US, the biggest purveyor of terror in the region and only advances its own interests. It may get the support of Israel lobby stooges in other western governments but is rapidly earning the contempt of everybody else.

From a statement dated 22 December 2008:

"Hamas, backed by Iran, has regularly stated its desire to see the complete destruction of Israel."

Israel is itself a leading destroyer and currently engaged in trying to wipe out Hamas and the Gazans. Iran’s Ahmadinajad quoted the late Ayatollah Khomeini as saying that "this regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time" - fair comment considering Jerusalem, with Bethlehem, was designated an 'international city' under the UN Partition Plan. Israeli propaganda twisted the Iranian’s words to read “Israel must be wiped off the map”. Zionist sources and the manifestos of Israeli political parties have made it clear for a long time that Israel plans to wipe Palestine off the map, and every act and lie is directed towards that end.

"Our fight is not with the people of Gaza; it is with the extremists of Hamas."

Then why does the Israeli navy harass and fire on peaceable Gazan fishermen who are well within their own territorial waters? Why does Israel prevent Palestinian students from taking up places at foreign universities and block hospital spares, medicines, foodstuffs and foreign medics from entering Gaza? Why has the Israeli navy just rammed a mercy vessel in international waters taking doctors and medicines to Gaza? Latest air-strikes have hit the Islamic University and the ministry of education. These are direct attacks on Gazan civil society and its infrastructure.

"Hamas started this conflict, and it bears responsibility for any harm to civilians on either side."

The conflict, started by Jewish terrorists, has been going on for 60 years, decades before Hamas came into being.

"Israel’s only responsibility is to protect Israeli citizens."

As the occupying power Israel has a duty to see that the people of the occupied territories come to no harm.

"Just as Israel seeks to defend its civilian population, Hamas seeks to kill them."

This reads far better the other way round: “Just as Hamas seeks to defend its civilian population, Israel seeks to kill them.”

"Rocket attacks have continued for years and are now a daily occurrence. How long does the international community expect Israel will wait before defending itself against them?"

The rocket attacks will end when Israel ends the occupation and stops terrorizing its neighbours.

"In the south of Israel, Israeli citizens live with air raid sirens sounding every day - sometimes every hour. Their situation is intolerable."

Not half as intolerable as it is for the Gazans, who live in constant fear of air raids and re-invasion and are constantly under surveillance by armed drones which can fire missiles under computer control from an armchair in Israeli headquarters.

"For years, the international community has turned a blind eye to this onslaught. Only when Israel seeks to stop the rockets do they take notice."

For years the international community has turned a blind eye to Israel's violations of international law and human rights, which is why the problem remains unsolved.

"Hamas is not only the enemy of Israel - it is the enemy of every Palestinian who believes in peace."

Israelis just can’t come to terms with the Palestinians' democratic choice and are bent on obliterating it.

"It is Hamas' attacks - not Israel's reactions - that destroy every opportunity we have for peace."

The world has managed to work out by now that Israel doesn't want peace until it has stolen all the land and water it needs to expand its racist state into a ‘Greater Israel’. It is well on the way to achieving this and won’t be thwarted.

"Palestinian militants targeted by Israel are not just the enemies of the Israeli people; they are criminals under international law, and enemies of peace."

Israel is in no position to preach international law.

"What is collective punishment? 'Collective punishment' is a city - schools, hospitals, homes - civilians being bombarded every single day by rockets and mortars."

Collective punishment is keeping a whole population bottled up under siege and blocking supplies and exports, smashing their infrastructure, wrecking their economy and starving their children. Trying to equate Sderot with what’s happening in the Gaza Strip is idiotic.

"Today's Middle East is divided between extremists and pragmatists. Hamas, backed by Iran, belongs to the extremists, who must be defeated for the sake of the future of the Middle East.... Israel’s primary goal is peace."

Israel's primary goal is the expansion of Israel by making the occupation of the West Bank permanent and bringing the Gazans to their knees.

The core issue in this struggle is the illegality of Israel’s brutal occupation. Israel goes to great lengths to avoid and suppress all mention of it and play-acts the pathetic victim. As the official statements (above) show, the strategy is to frame and define the situation in Israel’s own terms regardless of the truth. It uses advanced propaganda skills, and the elaborate Israel lobby network, to persuade western politicians and media to accept Israel’s version of events (and even use Israel’s biased language) and not question its motives.

In political PR terms it works wonderfully well. The loony leaders of my own government happily spread the poison and don’t seem interested in halting Israeli aggression and the vaporizing, dismembering and crushing of Gaza’s population. In human PR terms it is a disaster.

I have been listening to the BBC’s senior interviewers these last few days. None has had the gumption to ask Israeli spokesmen the only question that matters – the ‘killer’ question on which hangs the key to peace: WHEN IS ISRAEL GOING TO END ITS OCCUPATION AND RETURN TO THE PALESTINIANS THEIR LANDS AND FREEDOM?

Stuart Littlewood is author of the book Radio Free Palestine, which tells the plight of the Palestinians under occupation.

Exception From Humanity

"Exception From Humanity; The War Against Palestine

by GEORGE SALZMAN and MANUEL GARCIA, Jr.

December 29, 2008

The war against the Palestinians arises from the merging of the Zionist view of Jewish exceptionalism with the view in the United States of American exceptionalism, which have focused their common root ambitions for domination and possession as a hostility to Islam, and this is the leading crusade in the “clash of civilizations,” proclaimed by just-deceased Harvard historian Samuel P. Huntington, which is the war against the world’s poor and dark-skinned people, the war of conquest carried out to enforce a rule of worldwide apartheid by a culturally Euro-American, racially white, highly industrialized capitalist elite.

The Zionist view of Jewish exceptionalism is critically examined, and demolished, in the book Overcoming Zionism, by Joel Kovel. This mind-set boils down to ‘any victimization of Jews we Zionists can remember, historically, justifies all our aggression, persecution and even genocide of Palestinians; we are, and will always be, the exceptional victims of world history and so are forever blameless; to disagree is to be one with our historical persecutors.’ The Jewish religion is quite incidental to the actual intent of the exceptionalism; Zionism is a criminal conspiracy drawing participants through a Jewishness filter, in the same way the Mafia exploits Sicilian heritage to filter its recruitment and promotion.

The operation of Zionist exceptionalism in Palestine mirrors that of the white Christian exceptionalism Jews had suffered under for centuries, and which was described in the book The Destruction Of The European Jews, by Raul Hilberg. I (MG, Jr.) was made aware of the insights of the Kovel and Hildberg books by Professor Emeritus (of physics) George Salzman. The three stages of development of racial-religious labeled exceptionalism are: conversion, expulsion and extermination. Hilberg summarizes “the three successive goals of anti-Jewish administrators. The missionaries of Christianity had said in effect: You have no right to live among us as Jews. The secular rulers who followed had proclaimed: You have no right to live among us. The Nazis at last decreed: You have no right to live.”

The arc for European Jews between the years 400 and 1940 was first to be pressured to convert to Christianity or face employment discrimination, then from the 13th to the 16th century Jews resisting conversion were expelled from many countries, and finally the Nazis devised industrialized extermination. The arc for Palestinians seems to be compressed to a time scale measured in decades rather than centuries. Conversion was never an option, and many forms of exclusion were enforced from the first days of the State of Israel (which, couldn’t we see as just the earliest Zionist-occupied section of Palestine?). Wars of territorial conquest since 1967, and the continuing invasion of “unoccupied” territory by “settlers” and their protective cavalry, the IDF — or land rushes into Indian Reservations, as we knew them in the U.S. — bend the arc from exclusion to extermination. In the logic of Zionist exceptionalism, there is nowhere within the limits of their territorial vision where Palestinians have “a right to exist.” What other kind of mentality could inflict modern aerial bombardment of essentially unarmed, corralled masses of people? Our world remains at Guernica, the Stukas and Heinkels are now F-16s and Lavi jets.

If the world does not rise up in unison to halt this slaughter in Palestine, and the relentless and hypocritical land theft motivating it, who could then blame the descendants of the victims — for there will be children who survive to remember — if they are well satisfied with the collapse of our own society in the future, and in fact help in its destruction through some great catastrophe, which we may be too arrogant and self-assured to envision now just like the self-satisfied elites of the 1930s. Time and the pressure of increased impoundment always breach dams, and resolve unnatural imbalances by a leveling flood. Time and the unrelieved resentments of increasing world poverty will ultimately breach our separation walls of control and drown our luxuriant indifference under a leveling tsunami. This is not a biblical type of prediction, just a matter of logic. If we, in the nations with the power to discipline the Israeli Zionists — most especially the United States, do not act soon and consistently thereafter for self-evident justice, we will pump up oppositional energies to our national progress. If we continue to act like conquerors apart from the rest of humanity, whom we view in purely utilitarian terms — as slaves — we must inevitably drown under a Red Sea of our own making.

Mere appeals in internet publications can do little, but in our capitalist, hierarchical world, each person can act to a degree commensurate with their level of political and financial power. And, the best application of that agitation is to influence those above you to take action commensurate with their power. Yes, this is the opposite of doing what is good for your career by doing what is necessary to advance the careers of your bosses. I leave to you the delicacy of striking a balance between your particular career and your brotherly and sisterly duty to humanity; but I will irritate you as I can, to choose the more rebellious path, because ultimately career is a personal war against humanity and a defilement of self-respect, which is exchanged for lucre and an illusion of power. Rebel against exceptions to your sympathies. Rebel against indifference to suffering.

There are many, many injustices and tragedies underway in our world, which cry out for immediate attention, and no one can really rank them as to deserving more or less help. Nevertheless, many currents of history have been distilled into what we see today as the war against the Palestinians, and it is keenly observed throughout the world. For this reason, we could say that the fate of the Palestinians is the measure of the world’s conscience, and will mark our level of civilization in the pages of time.

Ignorance, Insanity or Outright Fascism

"Ignorance, insanity or outright fascism

Bush administration says: Hamas Must End Attacks on Israel, Bush Administration Says Obama is totally silent in the face of the third straight days of Israeli butchery. We know Obama well so far. He is world-renowned for his eloquence. So, are those who talk ignorant or insane because we know that it was Israel which broke ceasefire agreement on Nov 5? See: NOVEMBER 5TH, 2008 - Six Hamas activists killed during Israeli raids in Gaza Strip.

So what is going on. Is it only the US administration that knows the best whereas Turkey says Gaza attacks a crime against humanity , there are Anti-Israeli protests across Europe, Sarkozy calls for immediate halt to Gaza violence , Britain slams ‘unacceptable’ loss of life in Gaza and Asian governments roundly condemn Israel’s ‘genocide’ in Gaza Strip . US Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) is calling for a United Nations investigation into Israel’s attacks on Gaza, criticizing Israel for a disproportionate response to Hamas rocket attacks. “All this was, and is, disproportionate, indiscriminate mass violence in violation of international law,” Kucinich said in a statement. “Israel is not exempt from international law and must be held accountable.”

Three Palestinian children from the Balosha family, of five who were all killed in the same Israeli missile strike, are seen in the morgue before their burial at Kamal Edwan hopsital in Beit Lahiya, northern Gaza Strip, Monday, Dec. 29, 2008.

Israel air strikes spark protests worldwide and Morgues in Gaza are overflowing with bodies. If it doesn’t make any difference to anyone, it is the administrations in Tel Aviv and Washington. Israel considers ground attack and mobilises more troops to erase Gaza off the face of the earth. Even Haaretz writes: Trying to ‘teach Hamas a lesson’ is fundamentally wrong.

On the other hand, the man of ‘change,” Obama, defers to Bush on Gaza genocide. And Bush puts the blame on victims of decades of occupation, aggression, ethnic cleansing, racism and genocide. Is is so that Israel is a morally bankrupt state, which is led and supported by psychopaths. If Hitler and other fascists were psychopaths, then it might be true for the administrations in Tel Aviv and Washington as well, because the rest of the world combined cannot be out of its mind as we can see from the global reaction to the Israeli crimes against humanity so far. If Bush administation has some other solid reason for the nonsense it has spewed thus far or Obama has some eloquent lie, the world has yet to see it. At the moment, they stand as accomplices to the unfloding fascism in our age.

A Brief Response to Zionist Disinformation

"My Brief Response to Zionist Disinformation

by Khaled Amayreh
29 December, 2008

Zionist Hasbara operatives have been claiming that the current Israeli genocidal onslaught in Gaza is a “war against Hamas” and that it was only necessitated by the firing of Palestinian rockets on Israel.

This is a big lie. Read the following:

“Hamas had repeatedly said it was willing and ready to stop “all” firing of projectiles from Gaza if only Israel would lift the deadly blockade. And Israel repeatedly said “No.”

Israel has been saying ad nauseam that it ended its occupation of Gaza. Well, why does Israel then retain its control of Gaza skies, Gaza shores, Gaza sea, Gaza border crossings (even with Egypt). Why does Israel retain its control of Gaza life? Why?

Hence, the issue of firing “rockets” on Israel (they are homemade projectiles that make more noise than damage), should be viewed largely as a red herring.

Effectively, Israel has been giving Palestinians in Gaza either of two choices, to die of starvation as a result of the blockade or be exterminated by the Israeli war machine.

Indeed, these so-called “rockets” are nothing more than a desperate outcry for justice, for lifting the deadly blockade. Gaza has simply been reduced to a modern-day Auschwitz. The only difference is that Jews are now playing the role of the SS.

Hamas did meticulously observe a six-month ceasefire, despite the persistence of the Nazi-like blockade which very much resembled the Ghetto Warsaw siege in 1942-43. However, Israel on 13 November, Israel carried out a foray into Gaza, killing 6 people.

More to the point, Israel killed 49 Palestinians during the ceasefire. Not a single Israeli was killed.

Besides, hundreds of Palestinians have perished because Israel would not allow them to access medical care or medicine. I saw many Palestinians die an agonizing death because the “light upon the nations” wouldn’t allow them to reach hospital a few blocks away. In short, we are talking about a Judeo-Nazi state. I am saying this because when Jews think, behave and act like Nazis, they become Nazis. We must call the spade a spade, especially when it happens to be in the hands of our gravediggers.

Therefore, it is a big lie to call this war a war against Hamas. This is a Nazi-like war of extermination against the people of Palestine.

If the war were against Hamas, as the war criminals of Tel Aviv keep claiming, Israel wouldn’t have targeted market places, drug stores, college buildings, private homes, mosques, cultural institutions, roads, businesses, etc.
Only a state with a Hitlerian mindset would target an entire society and then claim that it is fighting Hamas! It is simply a big lie.

So, Israel is simply carrying out a real genocide…and an indiscriminate one for that matter.

Today, even a Jewish rabbi of imminence used the term “genocide” to describe what Israel is doing in Gaza.”

Israel Is America’s Hands

"Israel Is America’s Hands

By: Peter Chamberlin

It has been reported that the alternative media is rapidly becoming the preferred choice for news for a majority of people. Internet news is filling the role of government watchdog that the corporate press has given-up. Our job as defenders of the First Amendment is to blow holes in the wall of news censorship that has been erected around this country by the mainstream media, in their subservience to government/corporate domination. It is time for the alternative press to gain legitimacy by breaking the greatest story ever suppressed and as a result, force an end to the war of terror.

It is the responsibility of the alternative press to enlighten the American people about who is behind all of these interminable little “piss-ant” wars that drive us towards a global conflagration. All of these little wars begin with “terrorist” attacks, which we then rush to defend against. All of these vicious terror attacks can be traced back to American/British/Israeli intelligence agencies. Repeated revelations being made in foreign media about CIA/Mossad connections with terror kingpins like Dawood Ibrahim, Sheikh Omar, Ayman al Zawahiri (Kosovo Liberation Army), Turkish “deep state” elements, etc., and terrorist attacks carried-out in places like Yemen, Syria and Kosovo are providing hard proof of our charges of American/Israeli state terrorism.

We can create a powerful image of the terror creating machinery by blending knowledge of the American sponsorship of terror with vivid images of the actual state terrorism taking place on a daily basis. This is the way to prove that the terror war is our creation, something our leaders wanted and carefully manufactured over many years. This is the story of the century. It is the responsibility of the alternative press to make it common knowledge and thereby gain legitimacy over the “mainstream media.”

Their plans require that we be brought to a boil slowly, like the frog in the beaker, until the ripeness of forces is achieved, meaning that all elements of their strategy of tension have to be increased to their optimum levels, before civilization is given that one push that takes us over the edge. Our only hope is to ramp-up the resistance beyond their expectations and ability to control events according to plan, outmaneuvering their gatekeepers and agents of control.

Consider the anti-Israeli protests which are now building throughout the world; how can we increase the focus on Israeli criminality, to expose the tentacles of money/control which have been woven into the fabric of American government and life in general? We have to increase American awareness of the fact that Israeli aggression is American aggression. US actions, whether they be military or intelligence agency related, and Israeli actions fight for the same causes, pushing forward to the same objectives. We must own the guilt associated with the Palestinian slaughter. We are killing the children and old people to advance our dark agenda.

It takes a severely psychopathic mind to fire missiles into crowds of unarmed civilians. Such an act is indistinguishable from a car bomb attack. The truth warriors of the alternative press must focus all available light on the cold brutality of national leaders who are fully prepared to literally exterminate thousands, even millions of innocent souls, in order to preserve their superior positions and to validate their thoughts of American “exceptionalism” and other ideas of national and racial superiority. The evidence of the evil natures of these men who lead us is apparent in their plans and in the actions they support.

This war is based on the widely accepted belief that our civilized world is under assault by Muslim “savages.” As their natural “superiors,” the West has a divine duty to keep the uncivilized world under control, by using our intellectually superior technology to violently suppress primitive violence. The basic idiocy of this line of “reasoning” should be apparent to any thinking moral human being. The problem is, that the apparent absurdity of branding one group of humans as inferior and the group that oppresses them as superior is obscured by the barbaric bigotry which has been summoned-up and amplified to sell this war. This lethal combination of absurdity and bigotry stands ready to prevail once again.

The idea that we are “superior” and our cause “just” undergirds barbaric concepts of “targeted assassinations” with car bombs and guided missiles, dismissing humanitarian concerns for the victims’ rights, since they are not fully evolved, some sort of “sub-humans.” The supremacist thinking behind this tactic, like most of the inhuman tactics and strategies employed in the terror war, were patterned on the failed inhuman policies developed by Israel. We can readily see from the murderous campaign now underway in Gaza that our mentor’s “solution” is not only to use terrorism yourself, but to multiply it exponentially.

All traitorous politicians blindly support every Israeli action, even those that are inhuman and obviously detrimental to America. Bush is not the only national leader providing cover by silencing outrage for Israeli campaigns of murder, as he did for two months in Lebanon. American politicians spreading their poisonous venom through the controlled media paralyze millions into inaction, buying time for the slaughter, so that the Zionist killers can claim as many innocent Arab lives as possible.

The world cannot endure the ongoing level of carnage taking place within sight of available cameras for very long.

The building outrage will soon reach a point where the demands for actions to restrain IDF massacres will become irresistible. Even a majority of Israeli citizens were screaming for an end to the war on Lebanon, after two months of on air genocide. When this tipping point is reached, where the shared guilt of immorality outweighs the mixture of national pride and mortal fear, a majority of Americans will be looking for a way out.

Before this point is reached another secondary military action will be launched. This second front opening in the next phase of the war will be a major escalation (in Pakistan), which will serve to divert awareness of the Palestinian slaughter and create conditions threatening enough to usher in martial law and the elimination of the free press.

The key to overturning their plans is for us to outthink them, anticipating their next steps and taking steps of our own to make them impossible. We have to find ways to alter their timetable, to increase the revulsion to their cold-blooded slaughter to the point where people become motivated to demand action before the anticipated arrival of utopia on January 20, when Obama opens the Pakistani front. It would be good for us if the building European resistance took an even uglier turn (especially the militant protesters in Greece and France) and started torching Israeli embassies.

It should be a simple matter to fold the economic protests against the international bankers’ cartel into the anti-Israeli protests. We should organize blockades around every Israeli embassy and make it impossible to conduct business there normally.

The next two weeks will be marked by blood, military attacks and counter-attacks in the Middle East, and a general ramping-up of hostilities throughout the region. Protestors should be prepared to visually document the government confrontations that will surely multiply, as the police state begins to rear its ugly head. Each of us has to decide how we will react to upcoming events, searching our souls to understand what we are really made of and what actual beliefs we hold dear. Will I be willing to lay my life down to stop the violence, or will I surrender to my own violent urges and become one of the killers myself, in a misguided attempt to establish world peace through violence?

Will you stand-up for the rights of humanity, or will you cower in the corner while the parade of death marches across your TV screen and into your own home?

All Bullies Lose in the End

Yes, because they DESTROY THEMSELVES in their wanton blood lust and slaughter!

"Gaza: Don’t all bullies lose in the end?

Nostalgia and old loyalties run dear. Rather like sentimentality and remembering the good old days. I was just wondering what is socialist about Ehud Barak’s labour party? Aren’t many of those traditional Israeli socialists starting to rethink their loyalties? Has Barak buried the Left? The third Reich was called National Socialism. Maybe the common jargon of being beyond the right and the left is appropriate.

How much bad publicity can Israel take? How much of what it is doing is based on world Jewry? The Rothschilds and religious elite? Surely old loyalists to Israel and Zionism must have some doubts in their minds about what they are doing?

Xymphora today remarked Israel does not want peace. He says it is the last thing world Jewry can live with. Israel did scupper the truce agreement when it invaded Gaza on the Eve of the US elections. Not that it ever honoured it, it always maintained some type of embargo of essential items. Then when the truce expired and a total embargo was in place, it offered a truce with the embargo.

The evil is all pervading, it is not confined to Israel’s actions in Gaza, the West Bank or in all the Middle East. It is Israeli actions everywhere. Designed to instill hate and sectarianism. With many sub clauses, namely, homosexuality, alcohol, eating beef, and it seems wanton destruction of nature, all with the assistance of coerced money lending.

There are many good Jews, and many good Israelis. The problem must lie with the leadership. And while the Politicians should be held accountable. They might not be the true leadership.

It is the 11th hour on the planet. American forces scour the planet, engaged in many acts of aggression. There are as many people again out of uniform also upholding this system based on bloodletting and sectarianism.

The actions of the last few days have been a turning point for world opinion, for the self perception of many Jews, and possibly for some Israelis. The actions of Israel can only lead to more bloodshed, whatever the immediate outcome, we can be certain of more and more bloodshed, until the Israelis and their zionist supporters (or slaves) change their self perception and attitude.

Trying to guess what miscalculated repurcussions there can be? Mubarak’s reign on Egypt might not last. The strengthening of Hizbollah, Iran and Syria through sympathy and volunteers. The losing of Turkish loyalty, not only, also China, India and Greece. The resolve of Pakistan is stronger than ever, it has just suspended all supplies to NATO forces in Afghanistan through the Khyber pass.

And even die hard allies like CNN aren’t playing the game. Maybe this is driving a wedge in Jews. Suddenly Iranian Jews and other non zionist jews look more appealing. It beggars belief that the majority of Israelis support this carnage.

What lies were they brought up on? Has the religion been misinterpretated? Their is a diabolical misunderstanding between them and the rest of the world.

Expect a world alliance against Israel. Starting with China, Russia and Iran….

To end this post where it started; here is the last paragraph of Gilad Altzmon’s post on the Israeli elections and atrocities:

We Are Also Under Attack

"We are also under attack

When you are afraid to speak some truth and offer dissent, you are under attack.

That is unless you are part and parcel of the attack itself.

Let's see here, we have a massacre going on and when it comes to our political leaders they are silent or else cheering on the cowboys against the indians.

Obama is silent.

Congress is silent except for Dennis Kucinich and he wants to go to the UN, follow the web of procedures, waste a lot of time and end up doing nothing. Dennis is very controlled whether he's in on it or not.

Bribery and blackmail. That will always get you somewhere.

So what did you expect? A special session of Congress called to address the issue of genocide?
Right before New Year's Eve?

The timing of the attacks could not have been better. You have to give to the land thieving, ethnic cleansing Israeli 'victims.' They know a plan when they see one.

At least the whole world is not like our congressional leaders. It looks as if millions of people around the world, even though they too are under attack, are speaking out about the premeditated murder of hundreds of dispossessed people. A good number are taking to the streets and getting exposure.

Our new president and the incoming Congress are going to continue the same old Israeli/zionist line. They have no choice. The blackmail and the fear see to that.

Once again, the solutions to any of the problems of war, economic calamity and the vast array of social problems fall to 'We the People'.

We are under attack and we are the only defense.

What are we going to do about it?

AmeriKa's Political Consensus

And YOU KNOW over WHICH ISSUE, America!

"Marty Peretz and the American political consensus on Israel

The New Republic Editor-in-Chief expresses anti-Arab hatred in the starkest terms possible, but are his policy views towards Israel any different from the standard American position?

Glenn Greenwald

Dec. 28, 2008 |

(updated below - Update II)

Opinions about the Israeli-Palestinian dispute are so entrenched that any single outbreak of violence is automatically evaluated through a pre-existing lens, shaped by one's typically immovable beliefs about which side bears most of the blame for the conflict generally or "who started it." Still, any minimally decent human being -- even those who view the world through the most blindingly pro-Israeli lens possible, the ones who justify anything and everything Israel does, and who discuss these events with a bottomless emphasis on the primitive (though dangerous) rockets lobbed by Hamas into Southern Israel but without even mentioning the ongoing four-decades brutal occupation or the recent, grotesquely inhumane blockade of Gaza -- would find the slaughter of scores of innocent Palestinians to be a horrible and deeply lamentable event.

But not The New Republic's Marty Peretz. Here is his uniquely despicable view of the events of the last couple of days:

So at 11:30 on Saturday morning, according to both the Jerusalem Post and Ha'aretz, as well as the New York Times, 50 fighter jets and attack helicopters demolished some 40 to 50 sites in just about three minutes, maybe five. Message: do not fuck with the Jews.

"Do not fuck with the Jews." And what of the several hundred Palestinian dead -- including numerous children -- and many hundreds more seriously wounded?

Israeli intelligence reported 225 people dead, mostly Hamas military leaders with some functionaries, besides, and perhaps 400 wounded. The Palestinians announced 300 dead, probably as a reflex in order to begin their whining about disproportionate Israeli acts of war. And 600 wounded.

Objections to the Israeli attack are just "whining." Those are the words of a psychopath. And what to do now?

Frankly, I am up to my gullet with this reflex criticism of Israel as going beyond proportionality in its responses to war waged against its population with the undisguised intention of putting an end to the political expression of the Jewish nation. . . .

The current warfare will go on a bit longer. If there is a pause and if I were giving advice to the Israelis, this is what I would say to Hamas and to the people of Gaza: "If a rocket or missile is launched against us, if you take captive one of our soldiers (as you have held one for two and a half years), if you raise a new Intifada against us, there will be an immediate response. And it will be very disproportionate. Proportion does not work."

This super-tough-guy warrior -- whose prime accomplishment in life was marrying an heiress and then using her family's money to buy himself The New Republic -- beats his chest and threatens that even a single Palestinian act in response to this bombing campaign will provoke still more massive retaliation in the form of collective punishment (which, not that anyone cares, happens to be a clear violation of the Geneva Conventions, as are Hamas' far less harmful rocket attacks on Israeli civilians).

It may be true that, as Eric Alterman put it in his seminal article on Marty Pertez (quoting Ezra Klein), "Peretz is rarely held to account, largely because there's an odd, tacit understanding that he's a cartoonish character and everyone knows it." But how unusual are Peretz's views, revolting as they are, in the American political mainstream? He certainly expresses anti-Arab hatred and bigotry more bluntly than most, but this reflexive support for anything and everything Israel does is anything but unique in our political debates.

Here, as but one illustrative example, is Caroline Kennedy -- who, in order to win her Senate seat, is self-consciously trying to turn herself into a Barack Obama clone -- responding recently to a question about Israel from Politico:

QUESTION 8: Do you think Israel should negotiate with Hamas? Do you agree with Israel's Gaza Strip embargo? Would you support an Israeli airstrike on Iran if they felt Tehran's nuclear program represented a threat to their survival?

ANSWER: "Caroline Kennedy strongly supports a safe and secure Israel. She believe Israel's security decisions should be left to Israel."

What could be more absurd than that? Apparently, not only should we continue to feed Israel billions of dollars a year of American taxpayer money and massive amounts of weapons -- thereby ensuring that the world, quite accurately, perceives their actions as American actions -- but we should then take the position that they are free to do anything they want with it, no matter how extreme or destructive to our interests, and our only view on all of it should be that we blindly support whatever they do. Or, as Clinton aide Ann Lewis put it during the primaries, in response to Obama's observation that he needn't have a "Likud view in order to be pro-Israel":

The role of the president of the United States is to support the decisions that are made by the people of Israel. It is not up to us to pick and choose from among the political parties.

Yesterday, the Bush administration applied this mindset, naturally, by expressing unequivocal support for Israel and heaped all blame on Hamas. And, needless to say, Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi echoed the administration's view:

Speaker of the US House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi issued a statement concerning the Israeli operation in Gaza in which she wrote that "When Israel is attacked, the United States must continue to stand strongly with its friend and democratic ally."

According to Pelosi, "Peace between Israelis and Palestinians cannot result from daily barrages of rocket and mortar fire from Hamas-controlled Gaza. Hamas and its supporters must understand that Gaza cannot and will not be allowed to be a sanctuary for attacks on Israel."

Not a word of condemnation of the Israeli blockade -- which has caused extreme suffering and deprivation in Gaza -- or of the massively disproportionate response or the ongoing and ever-expanding Israeli occupation. It is all one-sided support for whatever Israel does from our political class, and one-sided condemnation of Israel's enemies (who are, ipso facto, American enemies) -- all of it, as usual, sharply divergent from the consensus in much of the rest of the world.

It would be nice if U.S. citizens weren't connected to and responsible for every Israeli military action, so that we really could and should take the attitude that what the Israeli Government does -- or what is done to it -- is not our responsibility. That's how it should be.

Instead, since we fund a huge bulk of it and supply the weapons used for much of it and use our veto power at the U.N. to enable all of it, we are connected to it -- intimately -- and bear responsibility for all of Israel's various wars, including the current overwhelming assault on Gaza, as much as Israelis themselves. Blind support for whatever they do -- the consensus view in American political life in both parties -- is therefore a total abdication of our responsibility.

It remains to be seen if Barack Obama intends to deviate even a small amount from what has been decades of excessively loyal U.S. support for Israel -- which, over the last eight years, transformed into truly blind and absolute support for anything they do. It's impossible to know for sure until Obama is inaugurated, but the bipartisan, purely "pro-Israel" statements issued by his allies -- such as Caroline Kennedy and Nancy Pelosi -- don't bode well, nor do the statements which Obama himself made during the campaign, as compiled yesterday by Salon's Mark Schone:

The first job of any nation state is to protect its citizens. And so I can assure you that if -- I don't even care if I was a politician -- if somebody was sending rockets into my house where my two daughters sleep at night, I'm going to do everything in my power to stop that. And I would expect Israelis to do the same thing.

Can't the exact same mentality be deployed to justify everything Hamas has done and is doing, to wit: "if a foreign power were brutally occupying my country for four decades -- or blockading my country and denying my children medical needs and nutrition and the ability even to exit -- I'm going to do everything in my power to stop that. And I would expect Palestinians to do the same thing"? But the last thing that our political class ever extends is reciprocal, two-sided analysis to this dispute.

The suffocating bipartisan orthodoxies in the U.S. regarding Israel thus make virtually impossible what the new Jewish-American group, J Street -- in condemning the attack (even while calling it "justifiable") because it "will deepen the cycle of violence in the region" -- urges: "immediate, strong diplomatic intervention by the United States, the Quartet and allies in the region to negotiate a resumption of the ceasefire." Most of our political elites know enough to avoid the ugly language of Marty Peretz, but the ultimate policy positions aren't much different.

UPDATE: Without necessarily endorsing all of it, I want to recommend very highly this column by Israeli Gideon Levy in Haaretz, entitled "The neighborhood bully strikes again." What's most striking about it is that this scathing criticism of Israel's behavior can -- and does -- appear in one of Israel's leading newspapers, but not a paragraph of it could ever be uttered by any American politician, in either party, of any national prominence.

UPDATE II: Here's Rep. Howard Berman, Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and a Democrat, echoing Nancy Pelosi, George Bush and virtually every other key American political official:

Israel has a right, indeed a duty, to defend itself in response to the hundreds of rockets and mortars fired from Gaza over the past week. No government in the world would sit by and allow its citizens to be subjected to this kind of indiscriminate bombardment. The loss of innocent life is a terrible tragedy, and the blame for that tragedy lies with Hamas.

One can travel from the farthest right fringe of the GOP to the heart of the Democratic Party leadership and hear exactly the same thing: Israel is always right. Israel must not be criticized. Israel never bears any blame. Any action taken by Israel is justified. No matter the situation, that just gets repeated over and over like some hypnotic bipartisan mantra. Meanwhile, American citizens overwhelmingly -- 71% -- want their Government to be "even-handed" in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Yet that view is simply ignored, disregarded, not even viable for any American mainstream political leader to express.

"Famous Last Contributions of an AP Editor

by DetainThis

Or, Why The Associated Press and the ‘Mainstream Media’ Are Largely Responsible for the Theft of U.S. Tax Dollars to Subsidize Criminal U.S. and Israeli Warfare-Statism

Following are just a few excerpts you will not find in an Associated Press news report, because if an AP editor allowed such reports to be released, he might eventually be demoted, fired, or forced to resign — not because the statements are not true, but because, in fact, they are.

“The U.S. Constitution does not expressly grant the federal government the authority to give financial aid in any form to foreign governments, groups, or individuals.”

“The U.S. federal government gives approximately $3 billion dollars every year in military and economic aid to Israel. This aid comes from taxes levied against U.S. citizens. While U.S. officials insist this aid is necessary for the ‘war on terror,’ the U.S. Constitution does not expressly grant the federal government the authority to do so.”

“The Federal Reserve is considered an illegal entity by constitutionalists, conservatives, libertarians, liberals, and others because the U.S. Constitution does not grant the federal government the authority to create a central bank or print paper money not backed by gold or silver.”

“The United Nations is considered an illegitimate entity by constitutionalists, conservatives, libertarians, liberals, and others because the U.S. Constitution does not expressly grant the federal government to concede national, state, or individual sovereignty to international bodies. Moreover, those groups argue that U.S. membership in those international bodies is particularly illegal and immoral because U.S. taxpayer monies are used to subsidize them.”

“According to the U.S. Constitution, Congress is not authorized to spend taxpayer money on private enterprises, or use same money to nationalize industry. Nevertheless, banking, finance, and auto industries have been ‘bailed out’ or ‘partially nationalized’ in defiance of both the Constitution and a large majority of Americans.”

Every day, AP asserts, as fact, innumerable other fantastic conjecture and wrong-headed conventional wisdom; so, why not do the same for the above moral, legal, ethical truths? Here’s why: AP and the rest of the Mainstream Mafia have every incentive not to. They rely on the subversion of the Constitution toward the growth and enrichment of the welfare-warfare state, of which they are cogs.

That’s why you’ll never see the most important facts, such as the above, within the context of, for instance, a story about Bush’s or Obama’s so-called economic rescue plans (the U.S. president has no constitutional authority to thus “manage the economy” in the first place). Nor will you see them related in terms of all the illegal, domestic and overseas wars and “diplomatic efforts.”

And here’s something to let sink in: If AP did regularly state those legal and moral realities as fact within their reportage, on a regular basis, how many of their global bureaus would eventually shut down as a result of not having the security of the U.S. or local military and police in those countries where AP bureaus are operating? For example, the Israeli government will not likely be inclined to renew the W. Jerusalem bureau’s lease if the bureau were to begin reporting the negative facts about the Israeli occupation and the legal and moral status of U.S. foreign aid to Israel. At the very least, the Israeli military establishment won’t be so keen on protecting the bureau and its staff against Israeli settlerists (whose home mortgages, land theft, and other aggressive violence, by the way, U.S. tax dollars also subsidize).

Ponder these things when considering why you never get the whole story out of AP and the MSM; then, you may begin to realize that they are indeed largely responsible for the illegal and immoral looting of your tax money toward the subsidizing of U.S. and Israeli wars, occupations, and colonization.

The Anti-Christ Nation

(Blog author's note: I also believe that Bush is the personification of the entity, and is in fact FULFILLING PROPHECY. Why can't Amerika see it? Only one more task to perform. George promised he would, and he always keeps his word. History waits you, Georgie-boy!)

"The Rise of the Anti-Christ in the Nation from Hell

I look in awestruck disbelief at the lies being repeated over and over; bullshit and the tragedy of false belief. In respect of that I would like to set the record straight. I realize only a few people will read this but I can’t let that interfere with the need to say it. Perhaps this will add to the collective outcry across the world and one or another of us may be that final straw that breaks the horned camel’s back.

Once again I am going to direct your attention to the incredible shrinking map of Palestine. You can trace the changes and compartmentalizations that have occurred across the last sixty years of aggressive land theft by Ersatz Israel. We can start at that point sixty or so years ago or we can go back further still. It doesn’t matter, the animal is the same and the intention is the same.

During a short period of time over seven hundred thousand Palestinians were displaced. They were displaced by force at the hands of a rapacious group of avaricious land bandits who poisoned wells and murdered entire families as examples to the rest. Basically it was “move or die.” There’s no disputing this. It is fact. Following the theft of these lands and towns, the areas and towns were renamed in an effort to blot out the history of the previous inhabitants.

The argument for allowance in regard to the murderous operations of these vicious psychopaths marching under the banner of some demon that they call God was the belief that these people had suffered mightily at the hands of a German dictator and that they were deserving of a certain piece of land that was promised to them by this demon according to things written in a book that was also written by these people. In other words these people wrote that the demon told them that they were his ‘Chosen People’. As history has shown, they are correct. They are the chosen people of this demon. However, this demon is not God and the book was not written by God either… unless God really is a bloodthirsty demon who advises his chosen to kill these people and kill those people and that it’s all fine and kosher.

While these people were suffering in Europe, other members of these people did everything possible to make the suffering more and more intense and used the event entirely as a public relations stunt to gain control of this piece of property in order to set out and take over the whole world. Today, through their control of The Federal Reserve (this is not disputable either), they control who gets the money, where the money goes, how much and how little money is available and by pulling on different strings they can make the puppets dance to whatever tune they want to play.

If there’s a God then Israel appears to be the throne of the Devil. It’s possible that the anti Christ is not a person but a nation. In any case, those he rules are part and parcel of the package. It’s eerie indeed to see the old prophecies of the anti-Christ who is said to arise in the Middle East around this time and to see that, in fact, there is one nation seeking to plunge the Earth into global war. Only one nation is assaulting it’s neighbors and blackmailing the super powers into wiping out it’s alleged enemies based on an assault that this nation engineered in the land the biggest super power of all; soon to be less than super.

Here’s my first point. When you invade someone’s land and kill the people and drive them into exile and when you then continue to steal the land of those remaining until they are forced into ever smaller ghettos. When you routinely kill these people and use their children for target practice; when you bulldoze their olive trees and orchards and homes, when you move violent settlers into their neighborhoods and allow and protect these settlers when they beat and rob and injure and kill the ancient inhabitants of this land, when you arrest the representatives of their LEGALLY ELECTED government and then throw them into jail for no other reason that that they were elected, when you then begin to increase your genocidal practices upon these people by cutting off their power, their water, their medical supplies and opportunities for treatment and causing them to suffer in any way that you possibly can BECAUSE, allegedly they are firing missiles into lands that were STOLEN FROM THEM but which missiles never seem to hit anything THEN… THEN… these people have EVERY RIGHT… EVERY RIGHT to fire any and all missiles they want to fire any time they want to fire them.

It is interesting to note that now, after Israel’s recent bloodbath… now playing… rockets are actually hitting people and things where they almost never did before. Israel has launched rockets on her own people before and when caught said it was a mistake; an accident. This is also not in dispute.

Now we find that the only reason Israel has made this assault is because there is an election coming and certain candidates want to be seen as the sort of murderous scum that the general public likes to have in office. In other words, all of these people are dying for no more than the election concerns of a handful of psychopaths.

In the meantime, all the self-righteous swine on the left and all of the self-righteous swine on the right and the endless rank of indifferent swine in the middle feeding at the trough of their personal appetites…they make excuses for Israel as if to say that Israel had the right, not only to drive these people off of their lands but also to continuously terrorize them for decades while making the portions of land upon which they live every smaller and smaller until there is no where for them to stand and- as is their intention- no one left to stand on it.

Here’s my point and this point is indisputable… whether members of Hamas are or are not launching missiles into Israel they have EVERY RIGHT TO DO SO. Is there anyone among you who would tolerate such actions against yourself? Wait a minute… yeah, there’s quite a few of you.

Today Israel is attacking the ship, Dignity. Cynthia McKinney is on that boat along with a handful of the few human beings left on Earth. It’s not in the news because it isn’t news. Oh you vipers… you whores in the governments and in the press. All of you are exposed by your actions and your words. When justice comes you will none of you be overlooked.

It is a very strange thing how events mirror prophecy. If these prophecies are true then; where does that leave you?

In conclusion; Palestine and the Palestinians have EVERY RIGHT to fight back in any way they can because Israel is attempting to exterminate them and prior to that make their life a living Hell every day of the week. The facts are indisputable so what is this argument about bottle rockets really about?

All of you who support this… all the gatekeepers and bought out slaves to personal fortune… all those laughing at their pursuits while dining in the high tower and shopping for shit to gild your walking corpses… all of you who speak for the nations who permit these murders, not just in Palestine but across the world; who staged the assault in India to bring war to Pakistan… you and your mighty ghost armies are nothing more than chaff in the wind and you will reap the whirlwind. Yes you will.

"I Heard the Missile Coming"

GAZA CITY — Ali Abu-Fatahi will never forget the terrifying sound of a missile fired by an Israeli warplane as it zoomed in on his house.

"I was having my dinner when I heard the missile's whistle," a helpless Abu-Fatahi told IslamOnline.net from his bed at Al-Shifa hospital in Gaza City.

In just seconds, the missile hit his family's house in the Dir Al-Balah City, razing it to the ground.

"I flew in the sky and then I found myself lying on the floor at our neighbors' house," he recalled the harrowing moments with tears flashing in his eyes.

Abu-Fatahi can't remember what happened next.

* Gaza Holocaust Museum
* Killed in Cradle

He woke up with head injuries. It was later that he knew that all his 15 family members who were in the house were also hospitalized.

"All my family members were hit."

At least 345 people were killed and more than 1,650 wounded since Israel blitzed the Gaza Strip with massive air strikes on Saturday, December 27.

The aggression against the impoverished seaside territory, the world's most densely populated area, continued on Sunday, killing scores of Palestinians and wounding hundreds.

From his bed, Abu-Fatahi can hear his traumatized brother, Mahmoud, screaming.

He is still suffering from the shock of seeing his neighbors torn into pieces by the killer bombing.

"My sister who is only 2 is in another room."

Mass Grave

Across Gaza, many are still frantically looking for bodies of their beloved ones under the rubbles. (Reuters)Across Gaza, many are still frantically looking for bodies of their beloved ones under the rubbles. (Reuters)
The battered Gaza Strip has turned into a mass grave.

The scene of people screaming in grief while taking their family members to burial is repeated over and over.

Civil defense forces are desperately trying to help people moving the corpses found buried under the rubbles of flattened buildings.

"We have dug out many bodies with no legs or heads," a civil defense officer told IOL.

In mass funeral processions, formed outside almost every Gaza house, the sound of Qur'an recitation is mixed with the distant sound of explosions.

The wailing of the grief-stricken and prayers for the departed are mixed with calls for reprisal.

Other Gazans, however, are still frantically looking for their beloved ones among the dead bodies.

"My sons have left the house at 10 am. I went to search for them in all hospitals but in vain," a shocked Om Ahmed Abu-Aqal said, with tears rolling down her cheeks.

Her sons were among scores of people inside one of the security compounds bombed out on Saturday.

"I came here to see if they are alive or dead under the rubbles of this building," said the weeping mother.

"I need to know what happened to them, where are they? Anyone tells me."

Good Luck, Palestinian Freedom Fighters

"As Israeli Forces Mass On The Gaza Border...Regretfully, All I Can Say Is Good Luck Hamas And All Of You Palestinian Freedom Fighters

I read today that the Apartheid Jewish State had declared all out war on Hamas. But how can you have a war with a country that you effectively occupy. One side has a substantial army, navy and air force, the other does not. That is a not a war, it is a war crime.

Last night I tuned into what is widely regarded the most liberal news show on cable news, Countdown With Keith Olbermann on MSNBC. I wanted to see what he and his nightly parade of so called liberal Jewish journalists and pundits(mostly with German sounding names)had to say about the massacres in Gaza. I found instead Keith's special program, Countdown to November 4th. How timely. All of the Jewish journalists and pundits got the night off. They didn't have to explain or justify the atrocities committed on behalf of their beloved homeland. Rachel Maddow who follows Keith (I don't think she considers herself of German descent either) was not so fortunate. Rachel of course gave the usual spiel about Israel. Tiny vulnerable Israel surrounded by hostile Arab states. Can anyone name one Arab state that poses a real threat to Israel? Not a God damned one. Just those Palestinian bastards who refuse to recognize Israel's right to exist. I wonder why? The Jews of course stole the majority of their land after the war in 1948. Since the war in 1967, they have done their best to steal the rest. How dare those sons of bitches not recognize the Jewish apartheid state. Rachel unfortunately forgot to mention that Israel is the only country in the Middle East sitting on a pile of nuclear weapons. She also failed to mention that Israel possesses one of the most powerful armies in the world. This army provided for and financed of course by the American taxpayer. She talked only of the provocations of Hamas. Absent from her commentary was discussion of the endless targeted assassinations resulting in the deaths of hundreds of innocent Palestinians(who knows if those targeted were innocent or not, they were murdered before trial...a war crime). She also failed to mention the home invasions and other indignities imposed upon the Palestinian people. Not a mention of the Apartheid wall built on confiscated Palestinian property on the West Bank. Rachel of course does not consider any of these things provocations. She did mention that Israel had virtually cut off Gaza from the rest of the world. She did not mention however that this collective punishment was also a war crime.

I also read today that Hamas has built up significant capabilities to fight. I believe this information was put out by an Israeli newspaper. Although I hope it is true, I believe more likely than not it is just more Zionist disinformation. I believe that the Jewish Apartheid State is still humiliated over its defeat by Hezbollah in the summer of 2006. This was the year that the cowardly Apartheid Jewish army was fought to a standstill by a reasonably armed opponent in Lebanon. By attributing strength to an essentially unarmed opponent these war criminals can justify a slaughter and at the same time come across as heroic warriors as they murder their mostly unarmed victims.

So all I can say to the heroic defenders of Gaza is this. Learn from invasion of Lebanon. After their attack, take out as many of these war criminals as you can, as quickly as you can. This saved lives in Lebanon and it will save lives in Gaza. Your opponent believes that his life is more important than yours. He has no stomach for a fight. He thinks he is special. He is afraid to die. You are not.
